I haven't been able to get to the grocery store in a while but when I went in to Tom Thumb, it was remodeled! It looked really... nice and clean. The meat and produce was really fresh (it always does). I was able to find everything with no problems and theyhad some great deals! The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. This store is the worst of all Tom thumb. It's Sunday and they have 2 lanes open. Had to use self check out and their Google pay... pad doest work. Took employees 10 minutes to come in to help. Avoid. Kroger and HEB will put them out of business Edit: I donot want to talk further about the issue, as you already know, along with other similar review from others. Poor customer service ! I left a voicemail message for a manager and never got called back. It was regarding a sale price not... honored at Starbucks. It?s sad to see when even managers don?t follow through with calling customers back. Disappointing. Thankyou , Tom Thumb ! Read more
Has seemingly gone downhill with regards to cleanliness and care. I know restrooms aren?t a top priority of most businesses, but... I passed by an employee coming out of the restroom while I was on my way in and this is what I saw upon entering..... Makes abig statement on how much the staff care about their jobs and the impression they leave on customers. I typically would havepicked up the DRY trash for the staff, but obviously she didn?t care so why should I? If the paid staff can?t be bothered Ishouldn?t either. Read more
