I have been going to this subway for years. Very conveniently located in Coppell Office denton Tap Road and the food is... delicious! I really enjoyed their oven roasted turkey and I?ve been going to Subway suffer since I was a little boy. What I likeabout this subway is that there is a couch area to relax while you enjoy your lunch. Went in, placed my order, service was fast, and food was fresh. Highly recommend.
I went here to pick a quick bite for my husband on 8/1/22 @ 5:30pm for the first time and had Nathan work on our sandwich. Let... me say he was so curious and friendly. He also didn't get put out by my probably dumb but inquisitive questions about thesandwich making. Definitely will be back. Read more
This restaurant is pretty bad. I had a pick up order that was not done even though it was placed a couple of hours in advance.... At first they told me someone else picked up my order, later I was told it was never made. We waited as they helped everyoneelse in the store, even those who entered after we did. After 18 minutes of waiting they finally got around to start making myorder. The staff and the female manager were very rude throughout this process. If you really need sandwiches from Subway, make sure not order online. They will put you waiting there forever till no customer... show up anymore. I have placed a order two hours before pick up time. when I show up, they said they are working on it?. 15minlater, When you ask them again they said they have customers here, and they can cancel my order if I want! The two young ladies attending the store were distracted with conversing with one another, horse playing, on their phones,... screaming and playing around rather than attending to the store and customers. They were so distracted they put olives on mysandwich that I did not request. The shelf for chips only had 7 bags of chips in two flavors. There was not any sweet tea and Iwas told by one off the young ladies, "they don't make tea on Saturday and Sunday." These two hung out with two visitors whowere not customers for the entire duration of my dining experience. I have to tell you I've had better customer service anddining experiences in less desirable neighborhoods. We swinged by here today and was about the worst service and sandwiches we ever had. We usually go during the week. Staff didnot... know what they were doing, they had run of bread and chicken. Forced to get a beef wrap; meat was stale, the veggie and ham andcheese were overly dressed sandwiches fell apart when we got home. The drive was a mere 5 mins to home. Called the store nomanager on duty, staff wants to help but doesnt know how, they will call manager and call back. Let's see what is next. Spent$20 on order. Read more
They don't follow directions when it comes to making a sub. I just got my lunch and it didn't have mayo or the oil vinegar I... ordered to be on and now I'm eating a plain freaking sub. This is ridiculous. Do better or hire people that can read and followdirections. not happy. Read more
