Long story short, Wife wanted to go to Papa John’s. I prefer Pizza Hut got my pizza ask for some extra red peppers and they... wanted to charge me an extra dollar…. I guess I’ll have to convert to a Papa John’s customer. Read more
Havn't gotten my pizza yet and I cant say enough how dissatisfied I am. For starters, the website is just a confused mess. Next,... the menu is just rediculously over priced. ELEVEN dollars for 6pc wings. Also, the delivery fee is FIVE dollars. Tip? Yep, nowyou just paid $20 for SIX chicken wings that are probably cold. Finally, and the thing that just kills the deal for me, i get atext "letting me know" that my order is being deliverd by door dash... seriously?? DD drivers dont know how to deliver pizza*carefully*. They dont have a manager to make sure their car is clean or make them wash their hands everytime they get to thestore. Read more
Do not order online at this location! Ordered pizza for lunch and scheduled for 11:45am even tho my lunch is at 12 just in case... it came late. I was wrong! I kept an eye on the pizza tracker all day and 11:45 came and passes and the tracker showed my pizzain the oven. At 12 I called the location and they told me the “Uber eats” driver couldn’t find my address? Beware anddon’t order delivery. Read more
Don’t close at 10pm! Pulled up at 9:45pm and got the ole’ wave “we are closed!” I pointed to the sign up that said... they are open for another 15 mins but the lady inside just ran and hid. Guess I will be going to Marcos or Little Cesar’s. Iwould suggest everyone else to do the same! Read more
Order took over an hour to get here, 30 minutes past the estimated time. All the food is cold and rock hard, literally all of... it. Called to get this straightened out and I couldn't even get a hold of someone. Two calls, 10 minutes and 5 minutes being onhold by the automated machine and no one answered. This needs to be remedied. I had better service today at TACO BELL forcrying out loud... Edit: just realised I didn't get the marinara for my BREAD BRICKS. Read more
It's Pizza Hut, but understaffed and nonresponsive. 2 stars for decent, reasonably priced pizza and staff trying to do their... best. However, I'm looking elsewhere for my future pizza needs. I've ordered from here many times. Unfortunately, I think it'sgone downhill. Each time I stop by they seem severely understaffed. That seems to have hit breaking point last week. I ordereddelivery through the app and ended up with the wrong pizza. I've got kids that can't stand onion, and what is this incorrectpizza loaded with? You guessed it. Onion. Unfortunately, picking it off doesn't help. Okay, wrong pizza. It can happen to thebest pizza place and the best staff. No big deal. I'll call them and I'm sure they'll make it right. So, that's what I do...Five times over the next hour. No one ever answers the phone, so I finally submit feedback online about my experience direct toPizza Hut. The next day I got a sincere email from corporate apologizing for the situation and promising that local storemanagement would reach out to me within 3 days. Unfortunately, it's been a week, and I've heard nothing. I've given up at thispoint. I'm convinced they're understaffed, and that's a recipe for mistakes, even from great, hard working people.
