In our experience an above average McDonald's. It's the speed that sets them apart. They get you through the drive through... quickly- you either get your food hot and seemingly fresh or they have you park in a spot and bring it to you. Somehow waitingin a parking spot is better then waiting in line- it also lets small orders get their food and go, which keeps things moving. The worst mc d i have ever been to. The app and the infoo on the door say they are open till 10 pm and they close the door at 9... pm. I can see people still eating inside. I went to window and asked them and they rudely replies to come in drive thru. When iasked about this in the dribe thru, a lady replied that the close time is 10 but the ppl insode came at 8 pm and eating. At theother window, a old lady didnt even know my order and she behaved rudely for my order number. Let star with listening skills. I visited this establishment around one am and there were no cars except mine in drive-thru. I... ordered my meal with specific ingredients which is not an ordinary for McDonald's. Now I collect my food after payment and wasassured the order was correct. I get home begin to eat fries first and noticed how cold they were not to mention my fry box isnot nearly full. Next I open my burger box and found two slices of cheese when I specifically asked for no cheese extra onionsextra pickles. Of course there was an extra onions extra pickles and plenty of cheese to go around. I thought to myself justkeep the meal peel the cheese off but my conscience wouldn't allow me. So I drove back to Macdonalds and mentioned to the samemanager working the window that my order was not correct. The manager on deck remembered my order and apologized for themistake, however by the time I reached the window her entire attitude changed. After waiting for 5 minutes the manager came tothe window and asked for the food back and I politely gave her the bag back. As I was trying to speak to her the window wasclosed in my face. The manager returned with the food, her hand out the window and faced turned as if she had nothing else tosay to me. This not the first time she has acted with such rude behavior. I live 2 minutes from this Macdonalds but I wouldrather drive 10 minutes down the road to visit the next closest one. The service there is always impeccable and friendly and notto mention hot fries!!! I love Macdonalds and will continue to eat their food but the service level must improve asap at thislocation. The cashier Sidel was trying to accuse me of being rude at the drive thru when I was just trying to repeat my mobile code since... she said she didn?t understand or hear it idk.
