I visited this location on a delivery for door dash, and the employees? incompetence was shocking. I waited for 20 minutes for... microwaveable items. There was no one else in the store. The 3 employees were joking and all seemed behind. I was told to wait.They didn?t have the bagel the guest wanted. And coffee rolls were out of stock. The store HAS to update item availability sothis doesn?t happen again. The guest waited for a watered down refresher (which was made and waiting on the counter the wholetime), and half of their order! I asked for free vouchers or coupons for the guest, and I was turned down. I can?t imagine worsetrained employees behaving any more juvenile than this. Read more
We have been fo this location 3 times. The previous 2 times, service was slow and limited on donut options. The most recent was... a Saturday afternoon. The store was not busy at all, but the phone was ringing non stop. I ordered 3 simple drinks and 2 donutsat 3:15pm. It was 3:30pm, so I finally had to ask the young lady if they were working on my order yet, seems they forgot (3staff members). They forgot which donuts I ordered, I had to remind them it was a glazed with sprinkles, and a toasted coconut.I finally received my order at 3:34pm. Totally unacceptable, will not return to this location. This store needs a lot of work ifthey want to be successful. Read more
I go to this Dunkin because my workplace is nearby. This is the second time this has happened. They don?t put your drink to the... top. They have this gap that?s undeniable. I purchased matcha latte but it doesn?t taste much matcha hence the color is verylight green. There?s definitely a bad time and a good time to go and never consistent. Purchased a butter pecan iced macchiato and this is what I received. A big cup of caramel milk. ???? The cashier seemed like she... didn?t know what she was doing. The wait was long. The crew was a different group then before. I?m a regular. I?m sure there aresome staffing issues, so I?ll give Dunkin? a break for now. Always looking forward to Dunkin? Donuts ????. This location has a drive-through which is very convenient. The service was fast... and professional. Love the toasted coconut ???? donut ????. Their coffee ?? is amazing. The breakfast sandwiches on a croissant???????????? taste very good. I don?t care much for their hash browns, but it?s not as important to me as the other menu items.The location is a little tricky to get to and out because of road/lane closures around there due to construction ????. Never seen an unclean, disorganized, almost empty shelves DD like this one. DD is in every other block in east coast. Compare to... other business in this area, others looks much better and cleaner. ordered a hot pumpkin spice late with bagel... they didnt hadpumpkin bagel and cashier doesnt know when they will have. cashier handed me a ice coffee and said have a great day. Than Ispeak to her about my Order, I guess I was charged twice for bagel and got only one. Look at the receipt. Anoth occasion I waswaiting inside store for about 7 minuets to place an order but manager was talking to employee about ordering supplies while Iwas standing there. Than I asked them can I place any order here. He told me yes. Someone should be with you. Wait for another 5min. Than got my coffee and bagel. Corporate need to step up to improve customer service. My first time visiting a DD period!!! Grade: F. Ordered hash browns and they tasted like they were freezer burner and placed in... a microwave for 10 seconds. Imagine biting into that!! Order iced coffee WITH caramel flavor. tasted like good ole watered downcoffee with ice. Never again or maybe a different location will be chosen. Read more
