Pre-pandemic, this place was the spot. After the pandemic, you can tell that the owner/manager of the franchise chose to tighten... up the ship. This year though, especially with online ordering, you can tell that they truly love to skimp out on the portions,when it comes to dairy and protein. Its gotten to a point where even with going in person, I have to ask them to add even morewhen it should be implied that I want a regular serving. TL:DR - Go to the grapevine location. this location gets worse with each visit. i just went in to get 2 bowls and the girl who took my order initially had the... attitude that I was inconveniencing her when asking what I wanted. she barely put any rice or meat in my bowl, and they load itwith toppings to make up the difference. the prices have gone up and the quality of service and amount of food in the bowls hasgone down. save your money and find a better location or better yet just go to freebirds! The only reason I am giving two stars is because the food at this location is good. However, evening staff is horrible and rude.... I came in at around 4pm today (Sunday) and was helped by a young man. I greeted and smiled at him as a decent human being would,and he just glared at me while looking annoyed, not smiling or greeting me back. Instead he just stood there waiting for me toorder. Just so you know, the store was NOT busy whatsoever. I was the only one in line. So I ordered and while I was ordering,the young man was not listening to me and kept getting what I ordered wrong. When I usually go to a Chipotle, the service isexceptional and what you often encounter, but this Chipotle experience at this Coppell, TX location was not it. Drive the extrafew miles to go to another Chipotle if you don't want to be treated rudely and rushed away. The employees here obviously do notcare about anybody and it shows. Read more

Almost all the Chipotle?s I have visited have friendly staff and food that mostly tastes the same. So then it comes down to the... quality, portion sizes and store location. This one?s on the Denton tap road in Coppell, it?s slightly smaller but a good placefor takeout. Read more
