Ist visit to this location...no customers in the store when we arrived..great selection...took us couple of minutes to make a... choice...vibe we got from counter clerk was not welcoming at all..had to repeat order twice. Person at counter did not speak clearly when asked if pumpkin coffee was hot or cold. She appeareded annoyed to respond at all.... Ask for black, pumpkin coffee came sweet and creamy. Badly cared for clothes. and hair. No trash can outside door of establishedbusiness. Where is management? Read more

Went to grab some donuts for my kids and saw the girl dancing around., waited for them at the drive thru., the sign says closed... till 8 pm., so went around and Tryed the door which aparently was locked saw the girl again and she said to go thru the drivethru , sat on my car for a few she just kept on dancing ignoring us ,,,? My online order didn?t go through on the app, yet Dunkin? Donuts still somehow took the money out of my bank account. I showed... multiple workers at the drive thru but they didn?t seem to care. So I paid for a drink, drove there to get it and got nothing. Read more
Love this Dunkins. Always fast and accurate with my orders! I always get the decaf iced signature latte cocoa mocha and they... nail it every time! I have a caffeine sensitivity and they always make sure to do decaf. Way better than Starbucks who routinelygive me full caf when I ask for decaf. Read more
If I could give zero stars, I would, this place is ridiculous. There was basically one girl at the drive thru window working at... a decent pace. The barista could not get any slower with a bad attitude, she spilled milk on the floor was walking through itnever cleaned it up. Somebody else had to clean it up waited forever for my drink. The place is not clean, I would stay clear ofthis place they need to hire some different people. Read more
