My order is correct every time I have been there. Staff is friendly. Food is fresh and cooked correctly. Never had an issue here... and always happy to stop by. Each time has been enjoyable. Only gripe I would have is the concrete curbing in the drivethrough. It is extremely difficult for longer vehicles to navigate without rubbing their tires against the concrete and damagingit. This Coopersburg location horrible lately.. Drive thru only no dining closes super early.. sometimes 8pm. Other days 6pm or... earlier even.. orders always wrong then promise replacement.. then say manager no longer there.. say don't give free food.. ummmnot Free food if I paid for it previous visit & umm not in my bag!! @@ and choc shake wasn't mixed any other time not prob..this time was dried up foam & couldn't drink.. not melted liquid after sat.. grrr Read more
Only go here if you want something missing or incorrect in you order. It?s seriously humorous how many times they mess their... orders up. Decided to go back and try to get something they forgot in my order and they looked at me crazy for asking forsomething for free for having to come back for what originally was supposed to be there. Maybe don?t mess up every time someoneorders something. If you care about your car stay out of the drive-thru unless you want curbed rims or possible dents in yourrims from the giant potholes in it. The employees are sassy and obviously don?t pay attention to what they are doing. STAY AWAYunless you are in a pinch. Read more
