BEWARE - OWNER ERIC DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE - Preordered a raspberry cheesecake which is a $90.00 purchase... (specifically requested no chocolate). Called the restaurant the day of pick up asked if I could pay over the phone for the cakeand send someone else to pick it up, young lady said yes and that the raspberry cheesecake was ready. The cake arrived at itslocation and it was a chocolate truffle raspberry cheesecake which is not what I ordered and it was unfortunately too late toreturn at that time as the restaurant that we were at already put candles throughout the cake. I called to speak with themanager the next day to let them know what happen and that they made an error on my order (not looking for a refund just asimple apology and make them aware so it doesn?t happen to someone else) The owner Eric told me it was not his fault, that theticket did say raspberry cheesecake but when the individual picked up the cake he asked if it was a Chocolate truffle cheesecake and that?s when he put the chocolate on top of the cake. I then explained that I had already paid for a raspberrycheesecake and he changed my order after the fact and he said no he did not that it was the delivery person that change theorder . After going back-and-forth with Eric, which refused to take responsibility for his actions he then told me that he wasthe owner and that I could quote him when saying to F off. I wish I would have read the reviews about Eric and the way hetreats his customers before placing this order. Eric does not care about customer service clearly, nor does he admit to his ownfaults. We love this place! We?ve been going here weekly for a few months now and have yet to be disappointed. I get the California... Chicken Salad and my daughter gets pizza. We also get their cheesecakes on occasion. It?s all so delicious and rather addicting! Read more

Words can?t describe this jewel of a restaurant! Much more then a great Italian restaurant don?t know where to begin! We started... with a pizza with garlic amazing !! Had the meatballs with pasta Amazingly delicious! I had the my favorite Philly cheese steakWOW! then we tried the chef owners cheese cakes OMG ! So incredibly delicious had two huge slices that you can?t finish the chefowner makes himself from scratch wow ! The chef owner is a kool guy very approachable easy to chat with . Please go you won?t bedisappointed take the family or your friend or go alone don?t matter fun relaxing atmosphere clean and great friendly staff theyGET the meaning of service !! First timers. Easy, local, family owned. I wasn't a fan of the calamari, but enjoyed everything else. Really good salad with a... nice mix of ingredients. The trio of eggplant, chicken and veal was tasty. HUGE menu. Plenty of choices. Read more

Terrible pizza tonight! $26 for a medium pizza with 2 toppings. Requested extra sauce. I?m not sure we got any sauce. The pizza... tasted like it was cooked hours before pick up. Like it was a no show and then heated up for me. I had 3 choices for a carry outpizza tonight, so next time it definitely will be another restaurant. Too bad. We?ve both been around for a long time! Garlic rolls were fresh and crusty, covered with Parmesan. Kids loved them. We had an extra large pizza and it didn?t seem all... that extra large. It was a little pricey but really good. Food and Service is excellent. All dishes provide true Italian flavor and love. The staff takes great pleasure in serving... their customers. You can enjoy wonderful food and service for yourself. Ordered the mussels oregano GROSS! My boyfriend managed to swallow his whole piece. But mine was spit right into the garbage.... The rest will be thrown away as well. Waste of $9.30. The mussels had no flavor and just had tasteless unbaked bread crumbs.The caprese salad was decent. The toasted almond cream cake was DELICIOUS. Customer service was good. Received a phone call thatthey were out of tiramasu. That's why I gave 2 stars. Read more
