I don?t write reviews often but felt compelled to after my experience last night. My family went through the drive thru and when... we arrived home I realized my particular meal was made completely wrong. I was disappointed but ran back down to get itcorrected. To my surprise, both the cashier and the manager were exceptionally nice, corrected my meal, and even threw in adrink and cookie for my trouble. They always forget something or give you wrong items (and they arent better items then what you ordered even If they repeat It... back to you correctly) its happened so many times unfortunately the only one close by Read more

Food is fine but they are severely understaffed. After waiting about half an hour to get to the order area of the drive thru... line (8:15pm-8:45pm) the woman at the mic was quite rude, yelling "give me one second!" after I simply said "Hello?" Tighten up taco bell. I have nothing bad to say about the food or the people that take the orders, ie. service BUT!!! EVERY... TIME I come to ANY LOCATION they forget minimum 1 item. I shouldn't have to hold up other people in line to go through everysingle thing I've ordered. I'm usually ordering for 3+ people at each visit. TIGHTEN UP! Read more
