The girls at the window were friendly and nice but when I asked for sauce they informed me it would be $0.25 each and that is... their managers policy. This is literally the only BK I have ever been to anywhere in the US where I?ve been charged for a sauceand I used to live down the street from their corporate headquarters so the BK there was always being watched by the corporateemployees to make sure they followed the rules. Kinda annoying when nowhere else charges you for sauce and you?re paying $27 fortwo medium meals. Probably won?t come back here since I could get chilis for the same price anyways. Alsooo?when I got home andopened the damn sauce it was mostly mayo and had no flavor. They apparently changed the recipe. Disappointing ??????? Read more

My visit was around 930pm and when i saw no one else in the drive through line, i questioned whether that was a good sign or... bad. It turns out it was not good. They forgot the kids juice, and the entire kids meal and the large order of fries were cold.This was my first time visiting this location in a long, long time and I think I remember not having a good experience on myfirst visit. I would recommend hitting one of the other Burger kings in the area or going somewhere else for fast food. Icompleted the survey on the back of the receipt and i explained what happened. I asked them to contact me but it has been manydays and i havent heard anything from them. That just furthers their poor customer service. On a side note, this BK sells icefor 1.50 a 10lb bag. Poor service and the food is horrible. The fries were badly burnt and way too salty. The sandwich was dry and the lettuce was... extra soggy. She also forgot my drink and I had to go inside the restaurant to get it and she asked for a receipt when she knewthe order was wrong. Read more
Friendly staff, very clean inside and out, usual Burger King menu, served fresh and hot. Since I am a smoker I very much wish... the outside tables which are shaded were available to the customers. The outdoor children's play area has some issues and isclosed, unfortunately, the outside tables are also unavailable as they are in the same area. The outside area being closed isthe only criticism that I can bring. Otherwise, the place is nearly perfect. Read more
