Don't get me wrong, I go here all the time. Food is great and they generally get my order correct. However recently they have... changed their hours to close at 9pm. I get it with short staffing. But at the same time they take 2 orders and then the personat the intercom is left waiting there for 5 plus minutes, as they seem to only take 2 hours at a time. I don't understand whyit's not like normal where you order and wait order and wait. Instead you're waiting, you order, and you get to the window andthere isn't even a car in front of you. If it?s after 11pm better make sure to stop at holiday first and gas up, otherwise be sure to have at least half a tank or you... may run out of gas waiting in line. Two employees doing one order at a time on a Saturday night. Read more
I sat in drive thru for 20 minutes in the morning, could not pull out due design of the drive thru and curb. Instead of having... the order in front pull around and wait, they just have them stay at the window.AND they gave a coupon to that car but to the 4of us that were literally trapped in the drive thru. I missed my appointment due to this, so my $5 breakfast cost my alotmore!!!! Read more
The friendliest Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. Consistently upbeat and positive interaction with drive-thru customers. Line... moves fast and their operation is efficient. Taco Bell done right! If only they were open til 2am or 3am! Read more
I have not eaten at a Taco Bell in years due to geographical reasons. Things were pretty close to how I remember Taco Bell 15... years ago but there were new menu options to keep things fresh. I ordered a Mexican Pizza meal which was my favourite backthen and the only thing different was they need longer provide black olives but it's not a deal killer. The restaurant was veryclean, and the staff was very hospitable. The price of the food was really cheap for today and I really enjoyed it. Read more
Young staff a bit on the non professional side and awareness for patrons by staff. Friends showing up talking to employees, loud... conversations easily heard in dinning room not really very professional but what should one expect from teenagers. Food is onpar with taco bell standards. Read more
The customer service was divine???? We were cared for throughout our entire wait time. They even said ?sorry it?s taking so long... your food is being made fresh!? it was the most reassuring service of my life. Definitely recommend, will be going back with thekids soon! ???????? 12/6/2022 update... This place has decent service. Usual Taco bell food. My main complaint here is they never check your order... before giving it to you. They often miss giving some items. Happened again today. Best to check your order, before leaving thisrestaurant. ---------- 01/06/21 update... I always try to be fair with my reviews. Got Chicken chalupas....all bread...hardlyany filling...Not right what they are charging..online pic so good you would want that..then you come home with it...my kid asksme why there no stuff in it.....but being popular with cheaper items...my reading is they don't care. I like Taco Bell. Used tobe a good choice for Mex fast food. ---------- Previous visit: This last experience was terrible. At Gateway drive location inCoin Rapids. Big hard chunk of something, did not want to bite into it after first bite...could be anything...looked like somedried up rice or something. Disappointed. Also, this location is not following Taco Bell protocol for COVID...no out of thewindow credit card pay nor food served in a tray to the car window. At Blaine location last week they were doing that.
