If I could give 0 stars, I would. 16 dollars for a basic single cheeseburger meal. The burger was a strange color, cold, and... awful tasting. I was afraid to eat it. The fries were soaked in grease and gross also. I was afraid to eat. I threw everythingin the trash. Also the service was incredibly slow and the workers are rude. One of the better burger places to goto that will make the burger more or less the way you want it. And one of the only places... locally that have the option to add a fried egg onyo the burger. The smash fries are really enjoyable also. Thank you Read more

I have given this place so many tries. We have waited usually about 45 minutes. I usually find that the food is worth the wait.... Today I did an online order, and showed up on time to pick it up. It hadn?t been started and took another hour until it wasdone. There were only two people working, and those two people were doing as much as they could and with a professionalattitude. Something needs to be done from a managerial standpoint. My food was half cold, soggy, and definitely not worth thewait. Read more
Slow service way more focused on talking with other staff. When our food was done she stood there holding it for 10 minutes... while still talking with a coworker. Terrible that we gave them a $10 tip. You should be able to tip after you get your foodjust because of situations like this. Opened our bag and half of our sandwiches were not even completely wrapped so the sauceswent all over other wrappers, napkins and in the bag. Read more
Smashburger has the makings of something GREAT. However they are clearly short staffed and in need of some additional support.... The two person staff that was available was great. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. I saw a few different customerinteractions, all handled consistently and without any assumed bias like you may see from others working in customerservice. The smash sauce tastes like potato salad sauce... if that could be a thing. I loved it, husband didn't care for itmuch. Prices are a bit high but, isn't everything post pandemic? 3/5 stars overall, worth trying again someday. Read more
Great burgers just little pricey for the food and how much you get. Was still hungry after.
Went tonight a little before 6pm. Waited at the drive thru speaker and literally no answer for 5mins waiting and yelling hello... into the speaker. Drove by the front and people were inside eating, but only saw 1 worker at the front. Oh well, Culver's gotmy business tonight. It's too bad, cause I do enjoy your food when you have quality workers making it. Read more
