I?ve gone to this location a handful of times over the year. Very rarely has the food been fresh. and when it is it?s always... amazing. sadly they forget utensils almost every time. i?ve adapted dipping my sandwich in mashed potatoes. the lobby has beenclosed for a long time. not wheelchair accessible. always out of something on the menu. staff is hard to understand and misscommunicate. feels rushed. to top it off they use the heat lamps for way too long. basic fresh food is not hard to doconsidering how busy this location can be at peak time. drop some fresh chicken for once. don?t even bother asking for freshfood either, they won?t accommodate. shame to spend money here most the time. I very rarely leave a negative review for anything, but this one was bad enough to warrant it. My wife stopped here on Friday... Oct 21st. She placed a 66 dollar order on the app prior to going there. When She arrived she found the dining room was closedso she waited in a very long drive thru line and was handed a couple drinks and food. She pulled around and quickly found thatit was not all the food we ordered. She pulled through and waited in line again, and was greeted at the window by a veryimpatient man she guessed was the owner (described him as an older Indian gentleman). When she told him the problem he becameirate and demanded the food back saying it was not our order. He said they did not have our order ready and to pull around andwait in the parking lot. She waited and waited in the lot, no one ever came out. She saw him leave about 20 mins later in hiscar. She knocked on the window repeatedly and no one came out. I tried calling the store repeatedly and we got no answer. Keepin mind she had placed the order around 1pm and by the time she got frustrated and left empty handed it was 2pm. There's noexcuse not to pick up a phone past lunch rush, apparently the line was out of the parking lot to go through the drive thru lineagain. We will never again visit this establishment, one positive note was that customer service refunded us through the app,but it's what they should have done as we did not receive our food. Read more
First time trying Popeye's and I do not see what the big deal is. After while, all their food starts to taste the same, just... too spicy all the time, when the spice should match the type of food. Who outs jalapeño bits in gravy for mashed potatoes? Justtoo much!! Read more
First time trying Popeyes because we don?t have one where I live in Northern Minnesota. Wanted to try the chicken sandwich ever... since it was added to the menu. We stopped yesterday and the lobby was closed so we had to go through the drive thru. Chickensandwich was very disappointing and clearly made a long time prior and/or under heat lamp way too long. Chicken was hard andextremely dry - not edible and the Mac & Cheese equally disgusting! $20. for 2 sandwiches, 2 max and cheese, 2 drinks. Willnot recommend nor will we return. Read more

I decided a couple weeks ago to give Popeye?s a shot since I?ve never had it before. My 2 year old son wanted some chicken... nuggets and fries so since we were right by there picking up a Target order, I was like well, why not? From the moment I lookedat the menu that was taking the order was very nice, answered my questions I had and him and I were throwing jokes at each othertoo. When I got to the pick up window it was that gentleman and he greeted me with a big smile and handed me my meal. I openedmy boxed meal and wow was everything nice and fresh and you could tell it wasn?t just sitting around. We got the little nuggets,fries and a biscuit. My son and I devoured the meal.
