I've been here multiple times and always get the same sandwich. #13. Sometimes everything will be on there. Sometimes they... forget the cheese. Sometimes the bacon. And this last time it just had ham. No cheese or bacon and was caked with mayo andmustard so the bread was soggy. So make sure you have the right sandwich when you leave the place. This is the closest locationto me but ill probably be choosing somewhere else so I can actually get the sandwich I ordered. Read more
Very normal experience for a Jimmy John's. I've eaten her several times and have never had any issues. Foods good. Cookies are... great. But I've never been wowed, hence the average rating. I give them money, they give me food. I eat it and poop it outlater. Read more
Will never go here again. I've given it 3 chances. First chance, saw someone touching their face without gloves picking at... whatever on their face then continued to make sandwiches. 2nd time, tried delivery (pre-pandemic) and it took more than 45 minsfor them to deliver less than half a mile away, figured enough time had passed for face toucher to no longer work there,somewhat better sandwiches 2nd time around. The picture shown is the final straw. That brown looking stuff is stale/old lettuceand onions that looks like it has mold on it that was put on my sandwich tonight. I should keep eating it so i get sick and suethis franchise. I do not post reviews very often. If I were you, I'd stay away from this place. Read more
Have been here many times. Food is mostly good. Ordered online a #10 with cuke, certainly did not have double meat and missed... the cucumber. Do not recommend delivery. Order status said it was out for delivery and 45 minutes later the sandwiches finally showed up. We... called the store to get a status on the order and they said 8 orders came in after ours. So we ultimately had to wait for 8other people?s orders to be ready. I live 5 minutes away just down the road from JJs. Luckily our food was correct but werequested napkins which was left out. Read more
Horrible customer service! I asked where the avocado spread was on my sandwich I was told it was between the cheese. Asked if... more could be added, the lady told me the appropriate amount was on the sandwich. I then volunteered to pay for more since shewould not add any. I asked if I could have my sandwich sliced in half which seemed to be a huge inconvenience. I paid for theextra avocado spread $1.69 and then asked for a plastic knife. I was then told by the girl at the register they do not have anyand if I didn't like it to take it up with Jimmy John's she just works here! For two meals with sandwiches chips and drinksplus the extra avocado side our cost for lunch was over $25.00. WE WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN. Read more
