I buy from caribou religiously and we ask for blended and the amount of ice that is at the bottom of our cups every time is... ridiculous. I understand every once in a while but the amount we pay for the coffee it should be blended. We will just go to adifferent caribou. The one by the Dam blends them very nicely. Read more
I waited 30 min for my drink. The drive thru and 6 other people behind me recieved their drinks. I went to the counter to ask... about my drink and the manager said we don't have that order. Do you have a receipt I said no but I just ordered it an can showyou my bank account. I was told I would need a receipt or reorder and I couldn't get a refund. Read more
Been here twice. Once before a big camping trip and once as I was just driving through. Nice service both times. Campfire mocha... is the best drink from caribou. First trip I got a bag of coffee and the lady at the counter ground it up for me. I usually liketo grind myself but didn't have a hand grinder for the camping trip. Very nice. Second time I got s sandwich. It kind of fellapart when the dude at the oven pulled it out but that was not totally his fault, he put it back together and it was still fine.Overall good trips. This is usually the caribou I visit when I want coffee. The staff here is super nice and friendly. However, I can't justify more... than a 3 star rating since tipping in the drive-thru was implemented. My order tends to be the same and is a regular menu item.Since they began asking for tips in the drive-thru I've noticed the drinks are made with less attention to detail. Sometimes thequality can be comparable to Dunkin, which is cheaper. I tend to tip every time because the window service is great, but thenthere's ingredients missing from my drink which ruins the overall experience. Read more
The interior is nice, staff is friendly and service is prompt. I don't enjoy the product so much, the drink I tried recently was... a Matcha cooler with bubbles and it was not very tasty. Before that I tried a strawberry mango smoothie which tasted weird likeartificial sweeteners. I also tried a decaffeinated chocolate cooler which was ok. Read more
Here is another Caribou store that seems to think they Know what you want to drink instead of listening to what you want. My... wife has been ordering the same drink for 3 years. It seems that the stores that what to tell you want you want end up alwaysgetting the drink wrong. This store even told us that they have 2 different drinks that are made the same way even though one isfar more sweet than the other. So the manager even told us that they make them both the same way. Which means they are makingone of the drinks wrong. So even though we ordered one drink they rang up the other drink and the manager didn't even care. Theworst part is I drink almost the easiest thing on the menu, a depth charge, which is hot coffee with an extra shot of espressoand they screwed that up as well. It was cold, sure I could heat it up but if I wanted to do that the I would have made my ownat home but I wasn't at home and wasn't going home. Read more
Friendly and fresh- we go out of our way to come to this location. The employees are always super friendly and give our pups... treats. The drinks are made the same every time, you can guarantee that your go-to will be perfect always. I love coffee andappreciate having a good coffee shop close to home. Read more
