Worst possible Burger King ever. Some ride red haired boy. who does not even bag food was wearing camo dirty gloves on his hand... was attempting a bag my food. I politely asked him to take the gloves off and put on clean gloves he eyes at me sighed heavilylike I was being rude. Then proceeded the throw to the dirty gloves onto the dirty ground and then when he put on clear gloves,too bag my food, and he came back to the window. I told him he didn?t have to be so rude about it. I asked politely in themiddle of me talking he slammed the itty bitty window in the middle of me addressing him. About 5?7 long greasy red hair. Thenight manager was even worst, hung up on after I called them. I said eff word one time and it?s like he sensitivity level wentthrough the roof. I Placed an order for delivery, and sat around for over an hour while the app told me that Hannah B. was going to deliver my... order and then it switched to Alex H. Who during this whole time never once reached out or anything. But at about 11:50pm allof a sudden the app says that my order has been cancelled and to call the store for more info- Which naturally I definitelytried to do because this is my dinner and it?s the only meal I would?ve been able to eat all day?. To no surprise I couldn?teven get through. The phone simply says that it?s busy, so I tried again at 11:55pm?? same thing?? I have never in all of my 26years of being alive and eating fast food, and even the last time that I?ve worked in Customer Service? I have never ever had todeal with some thing so disgusting and just downright disappointing And even more so disrespectful, not only of my time but ofmy families time as well, because now as it approaches midnight, none of us have eaten dinner. this place sucks, i love BK but this place is run by complete inept people. The hours listed at the physical restaurant arent... the hours they close, it seems completely random, it doesnt matter if there is one person in the drive thru or 5 the food takesforever. ill go up to round lake or to central ave for BK from here on out. The woman with Blonde hair and a pony tail was very rude. Was talking badly about me as I was walking out the door to another... worker. I would if gone back in to give her some lessons on how to treat people but my daughter was with me so I just walked outand told my daughter that acting like that in NOT appropriate for anyone! this place is a joke, drive thru closed at 7:05am sunday, workers including manager say they have no clue when they open. been... to thousands of restaurants, never seen such flakes. 3rd time been here they have no set open times. probably should shut itdown for good. Read more

Service is good however the sausage breakfast sandwich is burnt. I'm actually a former burger king cook and in my day we would... never have sausage go out burnt. I called and talked to the manager. He said it's just like a burger. I could not reason withhim. The problem with that statement is the sausage is precooked and burger is frozen raw. Also pork cooks differently thatbeef. Bad service here with the male manager in the morning with black hair and glasses is very loud and rude and also has a short red... haired employee who thi KS he can treat customers however he wants. The best employee there is the early morning huy with longblonde hair is very respectful and kind and courteous the other employees need to learn from him. Read more
