As a mama sometimes it can be intimidating to go into places with your two young children by yourself. BUT mama needed coffee... and the tyee totally delivered. Not on just delicious caffeine and a breakfast sandwich. They also hooked up my 2 year old witha hot chocolate with SPRINKLES. If you have kids you know it?s the little things. They gave her a free sticker. Again if youhave kids then ya know and they were so sweet. Sat with her as I browsed all the fun goodies and then sat with my newborn as Itook my big kid potty. We stopped by the lake for a couple days to visit family. One night, we walked up to the general store there. They really... didn't have what we wanted, so we headed to Tyee. We got all that we wanted there, plus ice coffee and ice cream! Their giftshop was cute and their coffee shop was awesome--even had a place to chill with wifi! I traveled 5500 miles this summer fromIdaho to Virginia and never had a better iced coffee than the one Tyee made!! I highly recommend this place for locals andout-of-town guests!!
