Worst Starbucks we've ever been too!!! Saturday we went in and it took the two girls 5 minutes to even greet us. They had... several drinks at open. I get that. But once they finished and finally took our order it was 10 minutes of waiting. Then theytook 15 minutes to make 2 drinks for us!!! They kept talking to each other, and ignoring other customers. When we got ourdrinks, the hot item was cold and the cold item which requires espresso was made with coffee and watered down. My husband saidit was horrible. I went to order two drinks tonight before they closed on my way to Phoenix. The woman behind the counter decided to chit chat... with a guy in front of me (who must?ve worked there also) about how incompetent a coworker of hers was. I stood at the counterfor a solid 15 minutes and she never acknowledged me. She took her time making other drinks and chatting with her friend.
