This place is disappointing, at best. Terrible customer service, slow, and dirty. Poor management and lack of caring about the... customers is what you get from this location. And who the heck runs out of chicken at a KFC? This place, that's who. I wishit was good, but it just isn't, so my advise is that you go somewhere else. Read more
I recently went to the location at around 12:15 or so, when i ordered the person who took my order gave me an attitude (she... looked like an older lady) when i ordered and on top of that I ordered the 5 piece of nashville hot tenders for my girlfriendand we didn?t notice because we thought perhaps they were in a different container but only 3 were there and she already atethen so we couldn?t go back to ask for more. Poor customer service, manager did not care about my issue. Which is very apparent that she could care less about how her... employees did their job. Or treated customers. After my order, was told to wait in front because the chicken was still cooking.After 25 minutes I went into the store. Food was still not done. Waited another 8 minutes. When I asked what happen, the kid waslike I don't know. Asked to speak to the manager and she never did speak to me.
