This place should just close up. It already looks shuttered. They make it hard to do buisness. When calling since you can't go... inside they act like they are really inconvenienced by your call. This place is a train wreck stay away. Read more

The food was good before the pandemic and then they seem to stop caring about how they made it. Combine that with completely... shutting off customer interaction. They don't allow people into the restaurant anymore. Really weird because everything isblacked out from the inside. You cannot see them at all. They have a pick up window but they never bring the food out to you.They created this drive through like window where you can call when you get there then they put the food at the window. Theproblem is you cant fit your car and pick it up driving beside it because they have cones blocking a path instead of creatingenough space to fit your car, so you still are forced to get out of your car to grab the food. They still say they deliveralthough I have not used that service since 2019. But forget trying to order your food and picking it up as the place feels sogloomy. Plus whoever answering the phone needs to take communication classes. He's really hard to understand. I want to supportthe business but seems like they are purposefully driving themselves to the ground. I used to eat there and order my lunchthere. Been getting chicken wings and fried rice there for years, once a month on reserve duty. Today i asked for it and you would... have thought I ordered fried water. Him: You can order chicken wings and fried rice and a order if General Tso sauce on theside. Me: Can you just put the sauce on the wings like you always do Him: No. Me: Are you new, a bunch of us order this allthe time. Him: No, I am not new. We don't do this. Horrible customer service. (Even from the manager, he was very rude.) If you want chopsticks or fortune cookies from this... Chinese Restaurant, be sure to ask, because these cheapos do not include them with their overpriced food. The food isn'tterrible, it tastes like drive through Chinese food. This specific time it was cold as if it were left in the car for an hour inthe bag. The negative review is mainly for the customer service while I was trying to resolve the other issue with my order. We ordered delivery because our kids are home sick. It took the driver over an hour and a half to get here and we live 2 miles... away. Not only that, our food was FREEZING cold! My husband told the delivery guy we weren?t tipping him because of it and herefused to leave our porch until my husband gave him money! I called to complain and get a refund and the manager was very rudeand hung up on me twice. I called back and she tried blaming it all on me. She then said she?d give me a $10 credit for the nexttime I ordered. I told her I?d never be ordering from them again. She said if I wanted a full refund then the delivery guy woulddrive back and pick up the cold food. Idk why they?d want the cold food back, especially during this pandemic? New to the area I rely on reviews to figure out what?s worth going to and what might be a long shot I have to try for myself.... Sesame chicken with wonton or egg drop soup is my usual Chinese restaurant go-to. I was definitely not disappointed here. Haveenough for two dinners!
