Today was not a good experience. We got our bag my sandwich meal was layed in a plastic bag not folded and outside of... sandwich bag had Dressing all over it.. fries was cold.. My daughter had a salad and they didn't put her Ranch in the bag. After arriving home she had to leave to buy dressing to eat her salad. Be sure and check your order for consistency. The last 2 visits, items have been missing off our salad. This was also the case... today. We were saddened that they took off the black-and-blue salad as well as the Buffalo chicken salad. Read more

Customer service was horrible. Bring your own bottle of ranch when you come. I asked for a ranch when our food came up. They... said we have to charge you a quarter. I said I just spent 20.00 for food and you wanna charge me a quarter?! Absolutely horriblecustomer service. Won't be back! Read more

The shift manager whoever she is was taking the drive thru order and is so rude ! There?s no reason to take your rudeness out on... the customer, you have a job because we come to your place of business..but I?m definitely taking my business elsewhere. I've been by here a couple of times where they were closed early. Once they were out of one of the salads I wanted. I like... Zaxby's; I'm just having a hard time with the service at this location. Went back for another visit on 3/16. I was sodisappointed. The salads were wrong, half full, and drenched in buffalo sauce. I'm willing to wait in the long lines for goodfood, but this visit was very disappointing. Read more

The Blu Zalad is so delicious! The chicken is buffalo.I get mine with blue cheese or ranch dressing. It is a big plate full of... food and actually has a good amount of the chicken. It isn't hot at least in my opinion. It also comes with delicious toast butI am not eating bread so I had to give it to my son. He said it was delicious. Service was good and nit a long wait time for ourfood. I would recommend Zaxbys to anyone who likes different flavor options for chicken or would just like a good salad. Read more
