First off, they were very friendly. Greeted us nicely and were very quick getting our mobile order ready. Second, it was 100%... correct!! We even had some modifications (no lettuce, easy rice). Tonight I went through the drive-thru to pick up food for dinner. This store was not busy. I was the only car in line and only a... couple in the parking lot. The staff were busy cutting up and laughing inside and not paying attention to what was beingordered. When I got home I found that my order was wrong. So I do not recommend this store If you want to get home with what youordered. I should not have to drive all the way back to town to get my order fixed. It was dark out. I checked to see if theirnumber of items was correct but I didn't take each one apart to make sure it was right. I have been to this store several timesand always seem to have an issue with my order. Honestly, the tacos we got weren't that great, however we did show up very late. My daughter and her boyfriend were quite messed... up and that's where I had to meet her. They were VERY helpful and understanding of the situation. So Thank You for not kickingus out of the dining room. You guys were Great! Read more

Ive worked fast food so I understand being busy but it was 9:40 when we ordered breakfast. No line in drive through. The lady on... the speaker (I don?t know if she was tired or the speaker was messed up or if she just hated her job) but we explained we wantedthe breakfast bell box that?s 5 dollars. She puts us down for some breakfast single burrito and immediately says our total. Wewere stunned to speak and told her that we wanted the crunch wrap bell box and she fixes one and immediately again tells us ourtotal. (There?s two of us in the car) so we had to tell her again it was wrong that we wanted two of the Crunchwrap breakfastbell box and she asked for the drink for it and when we told her she said what in a tone. So we just said make them both thesame cause we were done at this point. We never come here cause we are from Sparta but even if we are in Cookeville I don?tthink we?ll be back unless it?s the last resort. I understand being tired and some days are bad but it was the getting cut offwith our totals that made me mad, u dont just tell the total after someone says what they want you ask if there?s anything elseneeded. Had two burritos made With- Steak, Rice, Beans, Avocado, Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese and Sour Cream. As what I'm assuming was a... direct use of Cost-Cutting. I received Beans and Lettuce. Very small amount of steak, tomato, and cheese, little to no rice, andno avocado, whatsoever. At least I received Beans and Lettuce and not just a tortilla wrap. Last time I give Taco Bell mybusiness. I'll just eat at Blue-Coast Burrito down the road, where I can expect the full quality food that I paid for. Verydisappointed. Read more

Just pulling out the parking lot. Ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos with no cheese and no sauce. Open them up and there?s both.... I explained I can?t have dairy and they said no problem and that they could take the cheese and sauce off. They then said ?itwill only be potato?s and lettuce, are you ok with that?? I said yes and they still messed it up. I have a sleeping toddler inthe car so I cannot go inside for a refund and the drive through line is now outrageous. Terrible service and a waste of mymoney.
