Went in today to get a Banana Boat smoothie, which has like 4 ingredients only to have your employee tell me "we're out of... vanilla frozen yogurt, can't make it". Whoever owns this franchise just lost my business. You can't go buy some vanilla frozenyogurt to get you by until your delivery comes? Instead you'd rather tell your customers no I can't make that. Just came in to get my daily smoothie plus 4 more for employees and was very delighted to find two young women who were very... friendly and even remembered my flavor and my name! They both went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and hadgreat attitudes. Even took a sharpie and wrote the flavors on each drink to make it easier for me. This day in time that?s hardto find and I really hope management is doing everything they can to keep these two! Very impressed with the team they havetoday. These two girls are going places in life!
