Was nervous to try this restaurant based on its 3 star google review, but so glad we gave it a chance. This is hands down the... best Mexican food I?ve had in Algood/Cookeville. The staff was friendly and the food tasted fresh and delicious. The regularsize margaritas were huge (see photo). I can?t wait to go back and try something else. Mexican food is my very favorite type of food, and I had heard I needed to try this place. The staff was extremely nice and very... quick to give refills and check on us, the food was delicious and I was really surprised with how huge the portions were! Lol.The only thing I didn't think was excellent here were their tortilla chips...they just didn't seem as fresh as at otherrestaurants I've been to, so they were a little harder because of that. The salsa was excellent though...I love cilantro and ithad a lot in it. We would for sure go back! Read more

Hands down the best place to eat in this county! The food is amazing, service is excellent, I can't say anything bad about it! I... had the chicken chimichanga and a piña colada (pictured), hubby had the carnitas huaraches and a margarita and let me tell youthey make the best drinks unlike a lot of places around here that use way too much syrups/mixers.
