The staff, atmosphere, chips, salsa, and cleanliness of this restaurant are all phenomenal. However, the food tastes like it... came straight from Taco Bell. It's cheap. It was so bad I couldn't eat the steak taco I got or the last of the chicken taco. Thebeef looked and tasted worse than Taco Bell...and that's saying something. For a burrito, three tacos and a medium order ofqueso, we paid $26... Read more

Excellent burrito! Prices seem a little high but the serving size was almost enough for 2 meals. They gave me extra chips for... the portion that I took home for later. Read more

The staff was great, if only the food could match their quality. I got the build your own bowl as a meal for $15. I can get two... meals out of this. Not that I want to. The meat was super mixed with tex-mex seasoning, and not for the better when compared tothe 3 other Moe's I've been to. Queso was good, and the chips were okay. The cold ingredients were very fresh, which is alwayswelcome. At the end of the day, it's another over-priced burrito restaurant like Chipotle and Blue Coast Burrito, all within 3minutes of each over, so if you don't like one, then pick another. Or, better yet, eat at one of the better authentic mexicanrestaurants you'll find around Cookeville, where queso doesn't cost $4. Read more

I'm giving it a 5 stars because the staff, I truly think they were the best part of the experience very patient when me and my... Girlfriend came for Dinner. We didn't really understand exactly the menu at first and they helped us understand and read it, butthat's the thing the staff was the best part. The food to be honest wasn't as good as I thought it would be, the menu wasdifficult understanding if you never been to a Moe's before. And it was a pretty high priced experience just for the two of us Ispent 27.00. but atleast we tried it. So even though our experience wasn't as good as other doesn't mean it's a bad place justnot for us, but management/owner please read..your staff is pretty awesome I didn't catch her name but she waited on us evenafter her shift was coming to a end til we ordered and was super friendly your staff definitely deserves a raise all of thembecause they were terrific and you don't get that much anymore. And with a good staff comes a good business. Definitely alwaysappreciate the staff because they make it happen for the business to profit. And they were excellent. Read more

If you?re wanting to eat somewhere that will leave you full and satisfied, Mod?s is definitely the place to go. They have a... salsa bar that allows you to try all of their salsa and the food comes with a side of chips. The restaurant was clean andmaintained well. Read more

As Moe's go, as someone who travels often, the flavor wasn't quite what I expected. It wasn't bad, but was lacking something,... like the steak wasn't seasoned, or the rice just had too much lime, hard to tell. The staff was helpful, friendly, and quick.Don't like the way their menu board is set up at this location, it's the only one that don't have the options listed on theboard, just a listing on the front of the register. I prefer Blue Coast or Chipotle in this particular town if you're lookingfor those kinds of burritos. I will happily update this review if things improve, Moe's being one of my preferred quick spotsmost other places. Read more

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a Moe?s. I was really looking forward to them opening but I doubt I... would ever go back. I have been going to Moe?s all over the country for years because of their vegetarian options. Honestly, this might have ruined the entire franchise for me. So I ordered a ?Stack? with tofu, grilled veggies, mushrooms, Guacamole, pico, rock and roller sauce, and queso. The second I was handed my bag, I knew it was off. The bag was extremely light. Openedup the foil and the stack was very thin. Opened up the tortilla and there was no guacamole (which costs extra), no queso, nopeppers/onions/mushrooms, no pico, no sauce. It was literally just a couple pieces of tofu, lettuce, raw onions, and blackbeans. It was so dry it was practically inedible. Luckily I ordered a side of queso so I was able to poor it on the stack, butsadly, not able to eat it with the giant bag of chips they gave. They also forgot to give me the free salsa that comes with thechips so just like the meal, the chips had to be consumed dry. Who eats tortilla chips without dip??? I don?t think I have everwasted money in such an egregious manner before. My advice for these guys is to close back down, catch the staff up on thetraining the obviously need, then try a re-launch because with Chipotle and Blue Coast Burrito being right down the street, theywon?t make it long like this.
