The manager is a tight wad. I came in around lunchtime and the girl at the counter gave me like half a scoop of chicken. So me,... being the stockier guy I am asked if I could have a little bit more and the manager butted in and said if we give you more we?dhave to charge you for a double. So I said screw it sure because I really just wanted to be out of there at that point. Themanager proceeded to forget my lettuce as well. The ingredients don?t come out of your paycheck dude. This was my first trip ever at a Chipotle and I?m pretty sure it will be my last. The thin blonde that checked us out was... completely hating her job. She was very rude and insensitive. Our chips were stale and I simple let her know and she pretty muchcalled a liar and said she would give me more but they were all cooked this morning. These clearly weren?t. The inconsistency with this particular chipotle is mind blowing. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes everything is subpar.... Sometimes the food hot, sometimes it?s ice cold. Sometimes it?s seasoned well, sometimes it?s incredibly salty. Some days thechips are nice and crunchy and some days they are stale. The service has similar inconsistency. Some days they don?t take cash,some days they are out of everything, some days the employees are friendly, some days they obviously don?t want to bethere. Pricing is inconsistent as well. Most of the time you can get rice or beans on the side for free. Today I was charged$1.25 for each little side. I?ve never had that happen at this or any chipotle prior. Staff was incredibly rude. I walked in 2 minutes before open because I didn't realize they were still closed. I had a delivery... order to pick up and the door was unlocked when I came in I was told they were still closed and didn't open for another 2minutes I said that's fine I'm just here for a delivery order. she said "I don't care they won't make it" and told me to go backoutside. I totally understand if they weren't open yet but to be talked to so disrespectful is totally unprofessional. Food is good, when they have it, it's been super hit or miss lately with several different ingredients missing depending on the... day. Portion size is also very hit or miss, sometimes you barely get anything on a scoop. Prices have also gone up(significantly) more than average for restaurant prices these last two years. Read more

They posted a sign on their door that requires you to read the fine print in order to figure out that they?re not excepting... anything but exact change or credit cards. 30 minutes into being in the store I finally reached the register and these guys arejerks. I love chipotle but I will never return to the store and I suggest anyone reading this review follow my lead. Read more

Food was great (as usual) and loved the outdoor seating this location had to offer. Unfortunately for me the service is the... most important part of any business and the young lady (Anna) working the register was incredibly rude. I just asked a questionabout the ?need for ID? and the inability to use my chip card. I think she?s misinformed on the companies policies or thislocation doesn?t understand their merchant responsibilities. Read more

I love Chipotle! Their food is always fresh and has so much flavor. Sometimes I get a burrito ????, which is usually HUGE, and... other times I get a salad ????. I normally get chicken for my protein. My mom loves getting the carnita tacos ????. They haveseveral different protein choices, so I think anyone can find something to eat here. And sometimes I like to eat vegetarian andyou can totally do that here as well. We normally get guacamole as well. I don't know why all other Mexican places makeguacamole WITHOUT SALT! You cannot make guacamole without salting it. It has absolutely no flavor without salt. Thank goodnessone restaurant finally understands this concept!!! They are also doing a great job handling Covid protocols. You have to wear amask inside unless you're eating. They have very limited indoor seating, but they do have outdoor seating.
