My last visit wasn't good I was asked to wait for my food several people at the window received their food. I waited 20 mins... then went inside observed all of the staff behind the counter just standing and talking my food sitting on the counter with theticket time on my food just 3 mins after I ordered it but still didn't get hot food I ordered a house salad and fried picklesand the manager just asked where my food was and gave me a very unapologetic sorry bout that. I ordered a wings & things with boneless wings, fries and chicken fingers. Along side with the near loaded fries. When asked... what sauce i wanted i said ranch, at the window i asked for ranch again. They did not give it to me, workers seemed to have hadan attitude and or was to busy to attend to my request. The let us wait for 15 minutes before telling us that the cashier was broken, and we would have to go wait in the drive through.... They refused to take our order at the counter or allow us to the front of the drive through despite our lengthy wait. A completewaste of time. An unfortunate situation that was made much worse my poor communication and a lack of courtesy. Needless to say,we did not order food since 15 minutes had passed and our time was already wasted. I ordered the Zak meal only got 2 fingers. Also ordered the Cobb salad with no chicken Only 1 piece of bacon. They put cheese on... the side that I didn't request. We went through the drive-thru and the young lady who took our order was so rude. I was in the middle of the order and she cut... me off asking what drinks I wanted. I was trying to switch the sauce that comes with the tenders to a different sauce and shemust have thought I wanted extra so she said, "so you just basically want a whole lot of extra sauces?" Here I go again, this time as soon as I opened up the salad the first thing to hit me was the scorched chicken. I DON'T LIKE MY... FOOD BURNED/SCORCHED. Why do you think selling someone that kind of food makes it pleasing to the eye or edible to the taste.
