I love Wingstop, but I won't be revisiting this location. My wife and I called several times, and no one answered; we ended up... ordering online. I see why no one is picking up the phone; the young people are playing around and just talking. I get home andam ready to enjoy this large order, but only overwhelmed by the over-seasoned and salty lemon pepper chicken and old fries. Dobetter Wingstop. Coach your employees and train them to prepare the food correctly. Hold them accountable, or you will continueto see these negative reviews. Well, I've read some negative reviews about rude management and even badly prepared food; but I have to say that my husband and... my experience was totally different, thank God! The hickory smoked bbq chicken sandwich I had was probably the best one I'veever had (not fatty) and the sauce was superb. My husband had lemon pepper chicken wings that were very meaty and tasty! Plusthe Door Dash driver texted when she thought she was going to be late, but still delivered right on time just as they said shewould! Keep it up Wingstop! Read more
I don't usually do reviews but this was a totally bad experience. I went in to get the new chicken sandwich. They were sold out... and didn't know when they would have more. I proceeded to order the "Meal for Two. I ordered Lemon Pepper crispy ( well done). Iwas paying for my order in cash but was told I couldn't pay with a big bill ($50). Crazy but ..okay. Once I got home and openedeverything, they were anything but crispy. They were not at all what I expected. Once again, I would like to say I don't usuallydo reviews or complain but, even the dress code was horrible. Ripped jeans with way too much leg exposed and different colorbottoms on the employees was just tacky to me. I was not impressed at all. Recommend ordering online if it?s the weekend. They are very busy, so if you walk in there it may be a wait since the food is... cooked to order..But it?s definitely worth the wait for fresh HOT FOOD! Read more
Rude staff. Does not acknowledge you when you walk in. Everything looked filthy. Had to wait a while just for the red head to... tell me they are no longer cooking. Employees clustered up cracking jokes. Do the owners know that why they are laughing aboutnot servicing paying customers, they are helping loose money. Funny huh. Obvious photo of the cashier shows the unpleasantattitude that was given. No hair nets. SMH. Look closely at the one in the back. She though it was hilarious that I wasdisappointed because they decided to stop cooking and serving early. I ordered lemon pepper and Hawaiian. The wings taste like gravy. The young guy calling names was very rude. I normally don?t... write reviews but the wings were so nasty idk if they were old but didn?t taste like the normal flavor I?m used to. Triedcalling no answer. Definitely deserves a refund for the gravy wings. Fries also old no seasoning. Please do better. The absolutely worst Wingstop I?ve ever been to in the state of Georgia. I ordered 15 bone in wings with large season fries. And... this is the french fries that I got burned to a crisp. And when I asked the manager for a new set of fries all I got wassassiness and a lot of excuses. Sad how this place has gone so far down. I placed an online order at 8:30 pm came to get my order around 9:30 and the store was... dark, the signs were off, and I saw no employees. I waited 15 minutes outside the restaurant and recorded them being closedearly. I complained online and got no response. Returned the next day to request a refund and the store manager, some guy withrotten teeth and a bad attitude, was very rude and aggressively told me my "food had been there all day" and that the businesswas not closed early the prior evening. Then he brushed me off and told me some general manager named "Melissa" would behandling it and walked away from me. I never got a call and I never got my money back. So on top of the terrible customerservice, they're thieves also. I will be posting the video I took to social media and I will never eat here again.
