The dinning room was closed at 7:30 p.m. instead of 9:00 p.m. as stated on sign. I'm a truck driver so I called and they let me... come inside and place my order. Customer service wasn't that great no greeting when the slow moving cashier approached thecounter. Manger didn't speak at all or no eye contact. I went to this Wendy?s 10 min ago, today 10-15-22. I ordered two meals that came up to $10.30 before taxes. There?s a coupon for... free fries when you spend $10 before tax, tried adding my coupon to mobile order but kept getting an error message which Iinformed the cashier at the drive through window who then scanned the coupon. Got my order but did not get the fries, Iexplained the situation to the lady at the window and she stated it didn?t work and she doesn?t know why. Which I asked if thecoupon itself does not work or through the app? She said she doesn?t know okay that?s fine, I just wanted to know what I neededto do, I hear someone yelling in the back ?It doesn?t work, move along there?s nothing we can do? only to be told that?s themanager lol I didn?t ask to speak with a manager since it?s not that serious BUT this Wendy?s clearly has the most ghetto,unprofessional l, disgusting manager. We went to this location like 9.41 pm on the 10/3/2022 trying to get some foods they keep messing up the order. We even when to... the window and verify the order and it's still wrong. The worst part about it was the person on duty who is supposed to be amanager. She was so rude and disrespectful and no customer service whats so ever, telling us she don't have access to a cashregister and can't fixed our order. We were at the window waiting they start giving the customers behind us there food through the window they collect money from totally ignoring us . When My friend got home she told her kids don't asked her forno more Wendy's especially in Conyers Georgia. Wendy's you have lost two customer and if the directors seeing this please trainyour staff proper customer service. I wish I could give a 0 star. Very disgruntled customer. Read more
My burger was good. For the food I would rate higher. But, the girl at the window didn't smile, didn't speak, just handed a bag... out the window and turned away. Pretty rude I thought. Manager might want to know. This was 9/30 around 6:30 p.m. Read more

Stopped here after a long day of traveling as I had not eaten all day and it was one of the closest resteraunts to the hotel. I... ordered the jalapeno popper spicey chicken sandwich. What I got was nothing close. The chicken patty was not the spicey one,there were no jalapenos, and pretty much missing everything else, like their basic chicken sandwich with bacon added. It wouldbe one thing if they didn't have any of the ingredients and informed me of that, not a word was said about it, not only that butit took much too long to receive my food for there only being two cars in front of me. Stopped at drive thru to grab lunch for my son I think it was Nov 1st or 2nd. I?d been having a pretty rough day and the last... thing I wanted to do was hang out in the drive thru line. My son wanted to order his own meal and of course being 11 that took aminute, he had some questions: I expected to get someone on the intercom that might be irritated or short because that?s kindausually what you get these days everywhere. Instead a friendly patient lady answered his questions explained to him what abiggie bag was and what it included. We both commented on how sweet she was & drove around to 1st window to pay, I asked her ifshe was the lady who had taken the order at the and she said was. I said I really appreciate you being so friendly to my son, itcould have easily annoyed someone him asking questions and taking all that time up in the drive-through on a busy lunch. Shesmiled and thanked me. She said her name is Denise. Sometimes just a small act of being friendly in the day-to-day grind (evenat the drive-through) can make someone smile, and courtesy is contagious!
