Me and my girl just came from this Waffle House she ordered grit bowl and was about to get double hash browns I ordered bacon... lovers and got burnt bacon and she didn?t even put the receipt in the bag I would like my money back or a new order. This is my go-to place unless they're packed out but it's always great coming here. I normally sit and have a cup of coffee with... some steak and hash browns! I had the sweetest server! The food was okay but order was not made correctly, I got two hasbrown bowls with chicken onions and mushrooms but I probably... literally saw and tasted 4 or 5 mushrooms and onions. I ordered and was charged for a double order of grits that they then putin a large container but still only put one serving. Will not be returning to this location. Read more
My wife and I just stopped in for breakfast. We were purposely ignored for some reason and refused service. After we sat down... all of the wait staff ignored us for nearly 15 minutes. When we had finally had enough we were leaving and I said to a womanwith red dreadlocks thanks for the service, to which she looked at me, then directly away. Grits were lumpy, waffle looked questionable. Lemonade was, Lemonade but not minute maid. My toast had very little butter.... Waitress was more interested in her phone than me. Had to ask for my coffee 3x. However, when she did pay attention to me, shewas very friendly. I'll go to waffle house again, just not this one. Read more
Service was atrocious! We went in to place a Togo order and waited over an hr. Once inquiring about why it was taking so long... the staff was completely rude and disrespectful! We watched other customers come in and leave as we waited on our order. Therewas a new hire there taking our order and she clearly needed help, which they neglected to give her. Which lead her to becomeoverwhelmed as the other cashiers continued to wait on customers and get their orders out in a timely fashion! The manager therewas beyond rude! A tall light skinned guy with freckles! This entire establishment needs to be re trained or completelyre-staffed with individuals that actually wants to work! Will not be returning at all. Read more
Quick weekend trip and as soon as we got off the plane in Atlanta we knew we needed a Waffle House fix. Fortunately for us, this... was the location we stopped at! The food was prepared quickly and correctly and was just yummy comfort breakfast food. I got my sugared grits and bacon and I was a happy, happy girl! What made this particular location so fantastic though was the service!Friendly, polite, quick and happy. EVERYONE working here had a smile, they were joking and interacting with each other in suchhappy, positive ways, all while serving us quickly and making us feel so welcome. This is the WORST WAFFLE HOUSE EVER! I will never go back to this place. After we sat for 15 mins we finally ordered just for... the rude cook to start scrubbing the floors they served all the black people but when my family goes in we are ignored.ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. And then when we walked out the other rude server tried to say sorry about that an have anice night like how about serve your customers and then scrub the floor!
