THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR JUICY CRAB. This one is for the HABACHI EXPRESS, the restaurant next door. Not sure why Google will not... allow me to update or will not put the correct restaurant. Disgusting amount of food for the price that I paid. This plate wasover $11.00. I think I waited about 45 minutes, which is very disappointing. I expected better. Not pleased at all with thequality of this so-called Japanese habachi. Tasteless and almost actually made me nauseous. Definitely won't be coming back hereagain. So disappointing. Food was good. My server was Linn and she was very attentive. I had to knock off a star because I had 2 mushy shrimp in my pound... of shrimp and I wasn?t able to pay in cash because the restaurant nor any of the servers had change. I had the exact amount ofcoins but not even the manager had access to get me change for a $20 dollar bill. Other than that everything went well. Read more
The food was good, service wasn't. I ordered a special that was not on the menu; The Juicy Cruise. It is a good portion to... share if you are with someone else. Venue was clean. The music was too loud they had a DJ. I?m not sure what they?re trying to attract. We got seated immediately... and ordered our food the same time as our drinks. It took a long time to receive our food I waved down our waitress since shedidn?t bother to check on us and asked her about our food she said there was a large party and they ordered way before us.Although the place had many empty tables when we arrived. She also didn?t offer to check on the status. It took 45 minutes toget our food. The crawfish, shrimp, chicken fingers, whiting and fries were good. We had to ask for refills to our drinks. Westill gave her 15% tip. Revised: They have improved tremendously the food came within 15 minutes. I love the seafood here! Service was super fast at my visit today. Our food was out in a max of 15 minutes. Our server Emerald... was very attentive and made sure we had a good experience. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I felt likethe food had less seasoning than normal but it was still good! Read more
