I have been a customer at Tavas for years but since the ownership changed, the quality of the food and the service has gone... downhill. Our orders are consistently wrong and they do not seem to care. The manager, Angie, laughed at me numerous times andwas so rude when I tried to explain what was wrong with the order. I was told it was my fault. I asked for the owner to call meover a week ago. It's apparent that they do not care about the quality of their food or their customers. Read more
Updating my older review and going from 5 stars to 3. Ate here last night. Service has gone downhill. Had to ask for silverware,... Parmesan, etc. The meatballs for the spaghetti were not very good. Cashier was apologetic and agreed that the meatballs aren?texactly their best item (why keep them then?). I did appreciate her candidness. It just seems like it has changed in the Lastcouple of years and not worth the drive from Mcdonough anymore for me. Original review: I?ve been coming here with my family foryears. Went for the first time tonight! Had the Mediterranean Pizza (16?) and #1: It was HUGE. #2. It was Delicious! Pizza is prepared... fresh. Flavour was perfect. And the crust, thin, golden, slightly buttery and baked to perfection. Definitely a local spot withgreat service as well. Read more

Awesome as always. Hard debate between this and one other spot in Decatur as to who has the best pizza in Georgia. Never... disappoints. A pizza mans pizza. Always enjoy te salad also. Simple and delicious. Oh yeah how could I forget, they have thegood ice too! I Love Tavas! Read more
This restaurant had great food for an excellent value! It was definitely a family atmosphere. We had many different items from... the menu, and none of them were a disappointment. I recommend giving Tavas a try as we will be going back for more. Don't missout on this gem! Read more
