Most of the time the service is wonderful at this location... but morning crew here is rude, short, and never brews... coffee... Order on app in store took almost 30 min get my food. Understand short staff. If your going to be open then you need a system... that customer not waiting for 30 min for 3 tacos and a drink. Read more
I came by the drive thru today (9/18/22) at approximately 7pm. The lady that took my order was very rude! I have a lot of... patience and I don?t ever say anything. I always talk with manners and respect. However, I found it kind of hard to keep calmwhen placing my order. Mumbling things like ?oh my gosh? under your breathe in a very nasty attitude and doing a very annoyedsigh everytime I ordered another item as I?m telling you my order is not cool. Ordered the #6 without source ream, cheese, and sauce and this what I got. Loaded with sour cream, cheese and sauce and I have... food allergies some I could not even enjoy the meal and too far to take back to the restaurant. Very disappointed Read more
Poor service. Came though the drive through and they had me wait in mobile pick up spot for over 15+ mins sent my son in to... check on the food. This is ridiculous everyone else that has came through the drive through left and has there food. All Iordered was 2 soft tacos 2 cheesy roll and 2 Doritos locos tacos it shouldn?t take this long. Randomly closed inside half the time I go. No sign or indication of when or why- just a locked door and typically unfriendly... directions (if any at all) telling me to get back in my car. So instead of benefitting from ordering on the app and picking upmy ALREADY made food inside, I'm sent to wait in the much longer long drive thru line to receive my food after it's cold. Read more
I would not go to this location until they have better management over the employees. The girl at the window was vary rude... literally threw the bag of food at me. The tacos soaked through the bag and was coming through the wrapper. I asked for sauceand she got an attitude about that as well. All of the food was ruin the tacos fell apart and soaked in grease. It looked likeit was done intentionally.it all went straight to the trash. Only leaving one star for this location since it's the only way to leave a review. Worst possible drive-thru service, rude... workers and even whom I believe to be the manager was rude. We placed a big order, so I can understand forgetting an item ortwo. However, squashing our food into the bag along with forgetting an item, then being overly rude when we come back about it,it is very unprofessional and unnecessary. The woman/possible manager tried to refuse replacing the food needed, and thenpractically chucked it at me along with an attitude. They have lost my service!!! Read more
