We ordered online and they forgot to put meat on my fiancé's sandwiches. We then called and they refused to fix the order.

Ordered online. They didn?t toast it like I requested and they barely put any of the toppings I wanted on the sandwich. Like... literally one onion and one banana pepper mainly only lettuce. Very disappointed this is why I usually go to the one on dogwood. Read more

I visited this location today and bar none, this was the worst experience I?ve ever had and I would never return. The entire... restaurant was disgusting- food all over tables and the floor. The food station was messy, toppings and meats looked old. Theoven was broken - the associate heated my steak by microwave and proceeded to make my sandwhich with cold, undercooked meat. Itook one bite and returned it to the associate. The cups, napkins, condiments etc were emptied. One associate was on her phoneeating a pizza while the other was in pajamas. It?s clear there is zero management overseeing the daily operations of thislocation and it?s a shame. Read more

Went in to order a few subs and the cashier was very rude and seemed as if she did not want to be at work. As we entered she... immediately locked the doors behind us while we were in the store which was very strange. Proceeded to order and asked aboutusing a coupon however was told they don't accept coupons. Cashier claimed the oven wasn't working either and they didn't havemany items on the menu. We left, I didn't want anything at this point, oh and we had to unlock the door and let our selves out.Very ghetto!!! Read more

had to leave and go to another location. pretty sure the kid making my sandwich was high enough to start folding space time... with his mind on a guild highliner. he'll make a fine navigator one day in the spacing guild, but unfortunately fails as asandwich maker. Read more

I visit this location maybe twice a week, usually a manager is present. However I went in on a Saturday there was no manager,... the place was nasty, floor was unswept, glas was smeared with who knows what, and the gentleman "Antonio" was pulling bakedbread apart with his barehands when I came in the door, first red flag. I ordered my regular "philly sub" not toasted just meatand cheese melted which I had to walk him through. His customer service skills sucked. When I asked him how to get in contactwith a manager he showed me the store number on my receipt. Why would I call the same store im standing in for a manager ifthere isn't one present? Hands down worst experience I have ever had and my meat was still cold. What is the world coming to? Read more

Today was my first time going to this Subway location; I was unfortunately met with disappointment. Everything seemed like it... was going to go fine; however, the service and attitude was awful. One of the workers were on their phone while completingorders. The sandwiches I ordered were skimp, so I asked if I could get just a little bit more on them; however, instead ofadmitting fault, I was told, "that's gonna be extra". Like.. what? There's literally 5 pieces of turkey on that sandwich. If I'mpaying $7+ for a sandwich at least properly dress it. Save your money and visit another Subway location in Conyers. I recommendthe one on Sigman Rd. or even West Ave. They will treat you better. Read more

I ordered a single 6' plain turkey sub online for in-store pick up before going on my lunch break. My receipt stated my order... would be ready by 1:05PM. I walked in & did not see my order at the online pick up station so I patiently waited for the womanwho was checking a customer out to finish. Once she was finished, she looked at me a said, "You want a sandwich?" I said, "yesma'am." she then started to put on gloves to make my sub. Before she could even put her second glove on, I stopped her & kindlysaid, "I actually ordered online." she then slams her hands down, looked at me, laughed & said firmly, "Are you serious?"Confused, I gently said, "No is there a problem?" I thought I had done something wrong. She responded, "Do you see anything overthere?"(pointing to the pickup station). I said, "No, which is why I'm just waiting because I was informed to pick up my orderat 1:05PM & it's now 1:10PM. she responded, "Well, I don't have anything for an online order. what's the name? because you musthave the wrong store." I showed her my printed receipt & she confirmed I was in fact at the right location & started to make mysub. As she finished to make my sandwich, she rudely states, "I don't have any mustard, but I can give you some mustardpackets." threw them in the bag & dismissing me said, "have a good one." This was the most disrespectful, rude encounter I'veever had with any business in my almost 31 years of living. This shouldn't happen at ANY business ever. It was uncalled for &beyond unprofessional. I will not be returning to Subway anytime soon. Something HAS to & NEEDS to be done because no employeeworking at any business should ever treat a paying customer the way I was treated today.
