The sandwich was awesome, but the chocolate chip cookies were extremely stale. I had to spit out my first bite. My oatmeal... cookie was great. The cost of everything has doubled which was a great disappointment. The 1/2 sandwich itself cost what thevalue meal used to cost. Now they add almost $4.00 more to add chips and a drink. Read more
Got "The Monster". Steak was tender and good, bread was fresh but they forgot bacon, and cheese was skimpy, not the 2x amount... indicated. Otherwise it would've been perfect. Read more
Had an awesome experience tonight. The young lady and gentleman were both super sweet and helpful, even offered to put some... vinegar in a cup for me since they were out of vinegar packets. Wish I had gotten their names but thank you both! Read more
The food is great but why does it have to be FREEZING in there all the time? It's basically a take-out place since you'd have to... be having some serious hot flashes to want to eat inside. You practically need a winter coat just to wait in the long line! Read more

They closed the Subway near my work so now this is our go to Subway. This is, without a doubt, the slowest Subway in Georgia. If... I see a line of 4 people, I will immediately leave because they will take a good 10 minutes to get through 4 people. A line of 6or more? Don't bother. I like the manager and the workers, but they are so incredibly inefficient with how they do things that Ihave just given up with this place. Update: I timed my last visit. There were 2 people ahead of me and they had 2 onlineorders. It took exactly 25 minutes from me standing in line to paying. I think it was a total of 8 sandwiches before mine. Read more
Experience at this location is usually always good, and I just was a little disappointed in the young man who could not hear me... ask for mayo because he had an ear peice on listening to music while ringing up customers! What kinda new generation bs is that!In order to service a customer properly you have to be able to hear them so you can give them a good customer serviceexperience. Read more
Not sure if it's do to short staff or what but we went to pick up a uber eats order before 9:30pm. They store hours on the door... and even Google said 10pm but the door was locked and was ignored by employee. So we had to cancel the order. If they are openuntil 10pm they need to be open if not they need to change there hours! Read more
