The workers are short staffed all the time and can barely handle the load. I've come in to pick up my order twice and both times... my sweet cream foam was missing. Then to add insult to injury they pour a little off the top and add the cream foam. In the timeof monkey pox and covid, just take the lid off and pour it off. Smh. Don?t waste your time here. Besides the ridiculous long lines, the service is extremely poor. The baristas spend more time... laughing and talking with each other instead of getting orders out. I ordered oatmeal, got home and had majority of the oatsraw. Not cooked at all. I?ll be going to either the location in Starbucks or Salem Rd in the future. Read more
