It's okay. It's about all I can say. it's not bad, it's just not great. They close the drive up area at a certain hour and that... was not completely clear until we tried to order. It was convenient for reviewing the menu without being in the drive-thru line.They have a lot of menu options and if you're not super familiar with it, it does take some time to figure out what youwant. We had a couple of burgers and though they tasted okay, they were extremely messy. I would not recommend trying to driveand eat with one of these bad boys. I'm not even sure what was dripping down my hand but it was a mess! I think they havechanged the recipe for the Sonic burger because it tasted different. Not bad necessarily but not what I was expecting. On theplus side, the tater tots were excellent. There are limited dining options in this area past 9:00 p.m. so this is probably oneof the few choices you have if eating late. And that was the case for us. The drink selection is excellent. I went to the Sonic in Conyers on Hwy 138 across from QT and I just bought a drink ????(Sprite mixed with Mango Juice) and the... pipes were over powering the flavor ?????????????????????????.... I was greeted at the lane and was asked to hold on. No one came back to take my order.. I went through the drive through and the... girl didn?t read my order back and forgot to add one of my items and at the window I was told she couldn?t do add on items atthe window. This particular Sonic needs to straight up go out of business! Period! The customer service is rude, you can only order through... the drive through, they will tell you they do not offer half the stuff on the menu. It has been like this since before thepandemic. If you happen to order something they do have the wait time is long. What is the point of even being open! Go out ofbusiness and allow another restaurant to come in. Used the app and it went smoothly unlike most recent experiences elsewhere with other app orders. The burger was good and the... master milkshake was delicious. It's too bad they aren't open much later because they shut down the stalls about 10pm and toldsome cars that pulled up that only drive thru was available. My app order had just cleared thru the second before they directedtraffic to the drive thru. Some customers left due to long line. Those folks in drive thru missed the experience of the latenight food car hop. It was tasty good. Read more
Best Sonic service I've had in years. First time trying the app -- ordered and checked in once we arrived. Employee came out to... tell us it'd be out shortly (so appreciate the touch-base!). Food arrived quickly and order was correct -- and those picklefries were PERFECTION. Very happy, will be back. Read more
Ordered this on DoorDash and Sonics had the nerve to send my items in cups with the ice cream exposed to the driver!! What... happened to using the flat tops and sealing the cup with the sticker?? Wouldn?t trust eating this from them. Called them andthey said this is how they send the orders out! Read more
