Served my drink in a dirty cup, when asked for another empty cup I was advised that the empty cup will be $4. UNBELIEVABLE! The... staff attitude is absolutely horrendous and disgusting. Corporate will be contacted to discuss specific employees and theircompany policies at this location. Walked in at 8:11? 3 staff members were working. Two were cleaning and one was making a smoothie. I stood there until 8:16. No... one said one word to me. I tried to use the app for the rewards Smoothie King offered. The app had a BOGO available, so I made sure the reward was... activated. But when I went to check out the app took away the coupon and charged me full price. The manager EBONY told me I cannot get a refund and she?s not going to cancel my order or discount my smoothie. I order from Smoothie King every other day. Iwon?t be returning. DO NOT TRUST THE APP REWARDS. If they make a mistake they will not correct it. And don?t go to thislocation. It?s plenty of smoothie places around this area with better customer service. I drink smoothies everyday, so this wassuch a disappointment. I definitely feel scammed. Yes , I?ve already filled out the survey for a complaint. I just want othersto know about my experience. I read all the reviews, and all I can say is.... STELLAR!! I love the new look from the old pictures I've seen and I love it!... The customer service was great! I have visited enough Smoothie Kings to know how the customer experience should go. Here is my review: The smoothies at this... location are watery and taste really bad. The flavor doesn?t really come through, especially the fruit (strawberries,pineapple.) The ingredient ratio or blending technique by the employees is missing the mark. The customer service is also bad.There is no other way to describe it. No greeting when you walk in the door, the young lady with the long eyelashes will ignoreyou at the counter while you are waiting to place an order, the energy and tone of the employees is rude. It is not a pleasureto visit this location. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Read more
So not only were the girls on their ear piece talking on the phone the entire time I tried to place an order to top everything... off when I got to the bottom of my smoothie I sucked up a large piece of plastic(side note I was sharing this smoothie with mydaughter) leaving me to wonder how many other pieces of plastic that were much smaller that I may have swallowed or my daughtersoooooo yeah NEVER going here again.
