I think I?m good on them for a while. I asked for butterfly shrimp. I received greasy popcorn shrimp which now has my stomach... hurting after just eating one that was the least greasy???????????This place is ran very poorly.Popeyes food is good just not atthis location. Absolutely horrible experience here. As always they were out of something this time they were out of any and everything to drink... including kids juices and absolutely no dessert. Because of that I switch my order up asked for 2 mashed potatoes and one legthey ended up charging me for a toothpaste dinner and the bag was 2 wings and mashed potatoes and gravy. Not what I asked forbut OK if you're going to charge me for a 2 piece dinner you're going to give me all the items that are included. No biscuitwent back into the restaurant to get my biscuit. Manager Shawn who in my opinion lacks the ability to manage a restaurant andlead her team, is rude and some of her workers are as well. I asked the chick Shawn told to give me the biscuit what themanager's name is and her response was, "she can tell you". Let me just say that I was not rude at all, up until the chick hadthe smart response about not wanting to give the managers name.Truly a waste of my time and money coming here. The food is good of course but that damn line . I mean it was plenty workers?. Maybe I came at rush hour. I had a mobile order... to avoid all this but sheesh. I don?t understand mobile order anyways? u order through the app to avoid the wait but yet theyexpect you to pull up and get in line still???? Those drive through lines is what we tryna avoid . I would have given them 4 stars because their chicken is always hot and fresh like I used to get back home. However, EVERY... single time I go there the red beans and rice is the WORST!!! And yesterday it had no flavor the beans tasted like water! Iworked at Popeyes as a teen and I'm fully aware that the beans come in a bag and all you have to do is warm them up. Why arey'all adding water are you trying to stretch the beans? Not to mention them dry biscuits! They never have any butter on them orany strawberry jelly! That bad business! Read more
I was very dissappointed. I ordered the 4 piece dinner and the thigh was very tiny and the biscuit was hard.

Ordered 2 piece spicy chicken meal. Ordered a breast and wing.The chicken wing was the tiniest chicken wing that I?ve ever seen.... Ordered 8 piece nuggets, large mashed potatoes and large coleslaw in addition to the regular sized mashed potatoes and coleslaw.Needless to say, the chicken breast and wing weren?t spicy as requested. The breast, wing and nuggets were beyond dry. Thecoleslaw was dry and flavorless. The mashed potatoes barely had any gravy and they were dry tasting also. Either this locationneeds a personnel change or they need to be closed down indefinitely. You can't go wrong with Popeyes Chicken; Delicious as usual. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is the manager. We... came in with a coupon on the Popeyes app, before I could explain what I wanted, the manager stated you got to order online. Iexplained to her I chose the option to redeem in the restaurant, she replied you got to give it to the cashier. (He had juststated he didn't know how to apply the coupon).
