Waited patiently at the counter for a pickup without being acknowledged as employees talked and laughed with each other. The... online order was not ready, nor was there any urgency to complete the order. They could?ve communicated with me about the orderstatus as I waited. Also, they could?ve at least offered me a drink or something. Very unfriendly and unorganized staff and afew items in the order was messed up. The 2 stars are for the actual food. It was decent. Last night, my family decided we?d give Moe?s in Conyers another try. At about 6:45 PM, we placed an online order for a bowl... with chicken, a burrito with chicken, a quesadilla with chicken, and 3 chicken tacos. We wanted some items with beef but beefwasn?t an option. My husband arrived soon after 7 PM and found out they were only accepting online orders because they wereshort staffed and he had to wait. They gave him a free drink for the wait. While they were making our order, they mentioned tohim that they ran out of some things. Once home, my first bite of food (bowl) was ice cold. I considered how to warm it since itwas covered in sour cream (that was ordered on the side), I noticed that there was no chicken. They had given me a bucket fullof beans instead. I couldn?t eat it. Apparently ?some of the things?they ran out of was chicken! We paid online and they had mycontact info. All they had to do was call me or tell my husband. A vegetarian bowl costs less than the meat bowls. I would havesubstituted my dish for something else if those three employees couldn?t handle refunds. Jessie at the Flat Shoals location was so sweet and helpful. She explained some menu items which was nice. I?m glad that she was... there because the staff was rude during my last visit. Read more

The good: Location The bad: Rice (white) was old and hard Customer service from the servers sucks. Their attitudes are... nonchalant, they were easily distracted and very slow moving. I wanted a chicken burrito bowl with brown rice, the serverwalked away, didn't say where he was going. The server reappears no brown rice. My wife tells him what she wants in her bowl, hethen said "that's the other side!" Leadership needs to train employees about customer service. Read more

Just ordered office lunch for 6 people. Everything was messed up. Looks like they run out of half the ingredients but still... charged the full amount. I ordered Chicken Salad Treat Yourself. It comes with chopped romaine lettuce, beans, shredded cheeseand pico. Plus a dressing, a drink, a side, chips and salsa for 10.98$. That's 10 ingredients. I got 5 - lettuce, chicken,vinaigrette, drink and chips. Boo. P.S. It was a 2 star review but then I found out that my coworker ordered chicken tacos andshe got plain lettuce in a box ???? Read more
