I feel played at this point. I think yall should randomly drug test everyone including the manager on the second and third... shift. I have 3 tries and they let me down 3 times. It feels like hard flat bread in your mouth over beaded on the crust andsuper dry hard to swallow. I thought it was domino's. I really had to close the box to make sure I wasn't tripping. The manager on 11/5 by the name of Tay need to be retrain on her customer service skills. I placed an order over the phone... realized I forgot to order thin crust call back less than 15 seconds she said it was too late so I asked can I change it no...so I canceled the phone in order when to locate to place the order she refused to serve me. I was a paying customer & I don'tunderstand they mess up many orders from dry chicken half cook or over cook food but she refused to serve me because I order thewrong crust I was not paying for something I was not going to eat. I know it's hard to find good workers but sometimes you mightwant to check who you put in manager positions because their customer service skills will cause you a lot more customercomplaints. Delivery was awful and wrong. Called the location and the shift lead Le and Manager Christine were beyond rude and... unprofessional and refused to resolve the matter professionally. Got a coupon code by email so I placed order for delivery and it was canceled due to no delivery drivers. When I called to... complain that I couldn?t place the order for carry out and still use the coupon the manager states that she tried to call meseveral times however there?s no record that they called at all so I don?t know where they were calling but they didn?t call meI waited an hour and got nothing so then when I tried to place the order again for carry out I couldn?t use the coupon so then Icalled the store and the manager only offers the coupon for the next time meanwhile they?re spamming my email box so Iunsubscribed hello Pizza Hut! Thursday night pizza was to thick dough was not fully cooked underneath the toppings called spoked to Brandy was told to come... back an get another one. Holy cow what a mess. First off the store smells like a pot fest! The manager on duty had a horrible attitude and gave my wife... the wrong pizza and then tried to blame us for her not looking at the receipt first. The manager said her name was Christina andshe said that the higher ups would not care what we said if we contacted corporate to make a complaint. The worst part is howshe didn't even get our order ready till after she talked on the phone with someone who she kept chatting with on her personalphone. Very unprofessional. The store called me and when I called back no one knew who called. The delivery driver seemed as though he didn't understand... directions and his GPS wasn't working too well. Wasn't expecting all the vegetables to just be on top like they were. Didn'tseem as though there was any cheese. The dessert was ok as well. You had to put the icing on yourself.
