This is what you get with poor service. I will NEVER RETURN! Cashier rude on the phone the whole time, Krystal burgers old the... cook served them right off a red expired grill, fries was the only thing hot, manager walk around lost and with no care in theworld! Drive thru service only, inwhich the wait time was ridiculous, slow as Molasses..they're tiny sliders, why was the line moving... soooooo slow? If it wasn't for my niece I would NOT have waited over 20 minutes for Krystals, at least the Fries werehot...Would not visit this location anytime soon Read more
I think this lady told me her name was Marcella. I may have spelled it wrong. She was very kind and pleasant. Her voice comes... across the speaker very charismatic and soft. Due to the pandemic, many places have cut employees, hours and wages to fitbudgets. I know they work extra hard to compensate, so be nice at the drive throughs. Read more
The issues are you need to have someone clean the outside, when I have gone through the drive threw it smells like garbage at... the window and service takes way too long. When you get to the window the employees are playing in the background. Why is theshake machine always down? It is really looks rundown. Also pay your employees more so you can stop having turn overs. Pleaseget it together! Read more
Came here for a quick lunch. Walked to the counter ordered not only was the person taking my order not happy she wasn?t... professional @ all, the manager is walking around in the back while the staff is cutting up playing, cussing etc. my food took15 min to get to me. All the while the manager looked on. I do not recommend this place due to the lack of direction this placehas. It?s a free for all with the employees & my food was cold and not cooked all the way. Was at the Conyers location this morning for a quick drive through pick-up. I arrived at my destination 4 minutes later and my... Sunrisers were ICE COLD! The eggs looked like leftovers from another meal that was prepared. The rolls were soggy as if watergot on them. I think, IF I visit this location again, I will make sure to check my food before leaving. Read more
Was told that drive-thru that there were a 15 minute wait on Krystal's burgers. No problem. I didn't order Krystal burgers. I... ordered three chili cheese pups, fries and an apple pie. Paid my bill and was asked to pull up to the front of the restaurant 30minutes later and no indication of food ever come in my way I went back to the window and asked for a refund. There were fouremployees working. I don't see how they were so behind in fulfilling orders. Read more
