Went thru the drive thru and they said wait a min after bout 5 minutes I said hello and they said hold on for a sec.. then after... bout 3-4 minutes I drove around and went inside to order my food and they were serving other customers and refused to serve meby saying "We're not taking anymore orders tonight" ; really! It's only 7:45pm and they close at 11pm and while waiting in thecar.. people were steady going inside and thru the drive thru ordering but what got me is. You don't close til 11Pm why are youtelling me you're not taking orders anymore tonight when you have 3 hrs before closing time SMH ???? Read more
I only chose one star because there is nothing lower. If the service I received today indicates their attention to the... preparation of the food then I want none of it. I repeat my order for clarification and this girl clearly does not wish to bethere so responds with the most annoyance, as though I am making her day difficult and she is paying me for a service. Clearlythe management had no issue with this girl's rude and unprofessional behavior because as I drive by the service window they areboth there and who I assume to be the manager is grinning and talking to the girl whose face looks like she was being forced towork to earn money. I just went through the drive thru and the 3 guys working there were arguing and cursing like crazy in front of me and my kids ... at the window . It was so unprofessional and ghetto. I'm disgusted and they also gave my son old fries. Read more
This is the worst KFC. I ordered online a 12 piece meal last night 7.10.22 and only received the chicken, none of my 3 sides.... The chicken was old and dry as well. I messaged corporate and still waiting for a response. Find a different KFCcause this oneis horrible Read more
Ordered the new crispy chicken sandwich, they said it would be 10 minutes, then they had no tea but said they could make... some. Went to McDonald's and came back they had the sandwich but not the drink . We said something about the drink and theyhanded it out and the food but didn't say anything.. Not great customer service here but really never is. Got home opened my newcrispy chicken sandwich which I had asked for extra mayo and pickles, I got neither and the sandwich was not crispy. Worst customer service I ever seen in my life. Slow and never have food after 7 pm. I took my son there to pick up mobile order... and he went inside like the sign said and wen he got in the inside he was told to come outside then we sit in the drive thru tobe told that he has to come inside. Very poor customer service. Will not be patronizing that store anymore. I rather go to Hey278 or Hwy 138. Salem Rd y?all definitely need to do a whole lot better!!!! Periodt! Read more
