I?ve been going to this place for years and today it was disappointments. I ordered four items 1 lg pizza a cheese calzone 20... wings and a basket of fries I got there and was charged $72 practically for four items I didn?t have a problem with the priceuntil I got there and realize that my order was not complete. they forgot to put the order of fries. I clearly said a basket offries. she argued with my husband about how it was not ordered. I know I had ordered it over the phone. she did not repeat theorder and neither did I think to have her repeat the order since this has never happened to me before. When I called the firsttime to see what was the estimate time of food for a pick up and she stated it would be 15 minutes so I called later since Ihad a 1 Hour Drive. she stated the order would take no more than 20 minutes after placing the order. Either way my husband gotstuck waiting for a longer period of time due to waitin for the fries. They did not provide him with it itemized receipt insteadhe had to ask for the receipt with the printed items. This place is so unprofessional when it comes to some employees workingthere. when the main owner is there is there?s never been an issue. only when he?s not there it?s always seems to be anissue. I had a bad review at first. After speaking with Sam I realized I ordered the kinda pizza for what I was looking for on my thin... crust pizza. He explained it to me and I understood the process a lot better. And said he valued my patronage. And told me tomention me next time I come in.
