On 11/21/22 Food was 30 minutes late! It?s already late in the evening! Not to mention we ordered brownies with our subs and... didn?t even receive it! I ordered NO ONIONS and my Philly was filled! They give me indigestion!!! SERIOUSLY????? Let?s not talkabout the phone ringing and then voicemail pics up (like one on a cell phone) mailbox is full!!!! Almost $50 for subs and thisis what we get! DONT GO HERE- Horrible service. Manager Jamila very very bad attitude... never ever experienced such horrible service and... rudeness. Food was awful too. Drink machines not working and looked very dirty and sketchy all around. Saw manager givinganother customer a hard time because they got ice next door for their drinks. I ordered the #55 with no peppers or jalapeños. I even told them a second time no peppers or jalapeños just chicken,... mushrooms, onions and cheese. Well they messed it up. I took the jalapeños off and it was good otherwise. Next let's look atthe store. Tables are dirty and floor is dirty. I can only imagine what areas I can't see look like. With all this saidservice was fast and friendly which is a huge plus in 2022. Clean up and get the orders right and this could be a 5 star nexttime. Read more

Went in at 8:40pm and was refused service. Employee wouldn?t even look at me and said they were out of bread. Usually spend a... good penny at this location for lunch and for fellow coworkers but I?ll take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately nothing willcome from this but hopefully someone in corporate will read this and actually take action instead of just replying on line tomake it appear as if they care. Terrible customer service and rude false employees. I would recommend eating somewhere else,there are other businesses out there that actually hire decent employees who provide good service. To add insult to injury twoemployees had time to stand in front of store and smoke well before closing time (one of which was the employee who lied abouthaving no bread) Still baffled on how a sandwich shop runs out of bread conveniently 20 mins before they close.
