I used to come here often until the lady who owned the business sold it. The prices went through the roof and food quality went... down. I started going to stonecrest. I returned to this location recently. There was a large man in the kitchen. ALL the food Ihad was good/ fresh. I returned less than a week later the food was dry limited items extra. I returned yesterday. I havephotos again food looked dry and undesirable. I asked the lady. What is the best time for best food quality. She replied around5pm. I close my business at this time. GC closes at 8 or 9. If you come after 5pm you will not get their best. You need to closeat 5! I left I refuse to spend 30 to 40 dollars on food not fit to be eaten! 3 stars is for 1st visit. Best location compared to the others. Food a little over priced but it tastes good. Actually impressed.
Very impressed. Read the reviews prior to coming so I wasn?t sure what to expect. I?m not a fan of chains but tried the... Stonecrest location a few times looking for a quick vegan meal. They were open an hr later than that location so I came here.They were out of the tofu but had a curry still available. They were all nice and helpful despite being super busy. The hold upwas mostly the indecisiveness of customers lol I enjoyed my meal and experience. I will be returning. Read more
this is probably the best carribean food in the states! visiting the area and wanted something different & so glad I went by.... food was so good and packed with flavor & XL portions. before we ate all our food we were ordering to go plates & drinks. 10/10definitely recommend! don't walk, run here NOW!!!! Today had to be my worst experience at Golden Krust. Went there for a Curry chicken lunch special with rice and peas. The first... young lady who serve me was fine and polite the second young lady who put the curry chicken on my plate apparently she made amistake and gave me too many pieces of chicken went back to the cash register opened up my plate and took two pieces of chickenoff and then gave it back to me So disrespectful I?ll never go back to Golden Krust as long as I live. I would love to give thema zero no stars but if I do that I can?t make the post, From now on I?ll take my business to chipotle Read more
FOR THE 43.00 I spent this is what I get a Big curly hair in my food from their red snapper fish! I am so upset. I stood and... waited a good 10 - 15 minutes just to get home and open my plate to this. And I tipped ! Not knowing my food would have hair init. Smh not returning. First time eating there. I got the large oxtails with white rice, cabbage and plantains. Got a side of rasta pasta that was a... little to sweet for me. But baby them oxtails was off the chain???? Never had plantains before they are good as well. Friendlystaff they give you your money worth. I will definitely return to try other things. Read more
I love the food. Been coming here as long as the store has been here. Spent thousands. Their worst problem is customer... service, they don?t come across as friendly at all. Sometimes depending on who?s there, they?re people that straight up makeme feel like I am disturbing their day by coming in to order a dinner for my family. Kind of disturbing. So I won?t go asfrequently as I would like, sometimes I don?t go because I feel like I don?t want to have to deal with some of the attitudes. I wish they could train their younger people on customer service. I would give them a 2 out of 10 on customer service. Food isa 9 out of 10. It would be 10 but because of the bad taste they leave in my mouth with the customer service I can?t bringmyself to give them a 10. I hope someone is reading this and makes some changes. Golden Crust in Conyers could do a lot betterif they treated their customers nicer. Read more
