You know what they say about 1st impressions...you don't get a second chance. I haven't eaten at a Freddy's until today and it... will probably be my last. The food was pretty good but the place was discusting. Inside smelled like old mop water and theentrance was no better. How can any "manager" walk into their business and not see and smell how discusting it is? Do they haveregional managers? If I was the chain owner they would be fired. Read more

This place is a hit and a miss. Last time I came to this location I ordered two meals and only received one. That's on me... because I didn't check the bag before I left and drove 45 minutes home. Food is usually good though. Read more

I gave 3 stars to this visit because this store was out of sanitizer in the lobby. This staff at first was unaware of what I was... talking about. Then when I pointed to the sanitizer stations in the lobby, the staff went to ask, and said they were out. Itseems these canisters had been out for quite a while, so I asked to speak to the manager. She explained she wasn't the generalmanager of the store, and I asked her to make note of it because I was left with no choice but to leave my drink unattended andtable to go to the bathroom to wash my hands. And, a staff member was in the process of removing my items from the table when Ireturned. The staff and manager were polite, but they didn't seem concerned enough to assure me that they were going to havethe sanitizer soon. Questioning whether it's been ordered at all. Also, I seem to be having trouble getting a chili dog withoutcheese. The employees who take my order don't seem to know how to input a chili dog with just chili and mustard NO CHEESE ORONIONS. The previous time, another employee had to help her coworker. And the fix was inputting a plain hot dog add chili andmustard. This visit I explicitly told cashier 3 times no onions, no cheese, and I'll leave the photo with what was inputted.Evidently when you say chili dog, they don't have a key with "chili dog". And you guessed it, I got a chili dog minus onions,with mustard and CHEESE which I expressly asked to leave off. This stuff ISN'T rocket science. Read more

Every time I come here they mess up my order. When I am ordering they are too busy interrupting me with questions to actually... listen to my order. I try to check my food before leaving but normally there's so much wrong I end up missing something. Iordered extra pickles on my sandwich but the guy was too busy interrupting me to ask it it was crispy or spicy to listen tothat. As you can see in the photos that is most definitely not extra pickles. They also gave us cheese curds instead of cheesefries even after being corrected at the box and I had to ask for the correct item at the window This has been a consistentexperience for us and have come less frequently because of that. I keep hoping that these things will improve over a stretch oftime but it seems like nothing is changing. After looking at other reviews, I felt that some reviewers were giving low ratings for petty reasons or just because that could.... But I want to be fair and judge this only based on the food and service. So, for me, the food was really good. I ordered a BaconDouble Cheeseburger combo with a Diet coke and a mini turtle sundae. And I really liked it. Especially the fry sauce. And thesundae was REALLY good. The service was quick and the server was very nice. I didn't have any problems with my service. Me and the family LOVE eating at this Freddy?s!! The staff is always courteous, friendly and helpful. The food is always spot... on, and I can?t be mad at the custard! ???????????????? Anytime we visit, the eating area has always been clean, and tableswiped down. The restroom too is always clean and stocked which is a huge bonus to me. Read more
