Greasy, cold fries. So disappointed. Son got their "famous" grilled cheese and it was pathetic- unevenly cooked, burned on the... edges on one side...we could have made a more professional and tasty one at home. When they put the stuff in the bag- most thefries spilled out causing the bag to absorb a lot of grease which made the bag weak and the bottom fell out. The food is great the staff was awesome ????! Let's start there and let that sit for a moment ????. They would have gotten a 5... star as I normally give them. But when did the price change. I just paid $20 for a burger fry and a drink only. My meal tookthem less than 5 mins to prepare. I'm confused. When Iooked at the receipt the cheese burger was $12. It was my first time going there, although I passed there on my way home many times. It's a bit expensive and the reason for... that is everything is fresh you can taste it in the fries. I ordered a BLT and am telling you it was good. I will definitely goback!! Read more
Hey guys, If you love a good burger. You?re come to the wrong place. I?ve eaten five guys for years but this location here... should be shut down. This is the second time they disappointed me.
