I ordered a pick up order and checked in when I arrived. They said they would bring my order to the car. We waited for 15... minutes and still hadn?t received anything so I finally went in and my order was sitting there waiting. Food was? cold. Service was? ok. The two-hour wait? NOT ok. Ended up having to send food back because it was burned. Pancakes... were cold, French toast was cold, hash brown casserole was dry. Read previous reviews about how dirty this place is & I agree.Floors are dirty and sticky. There is what looks like mold/asbestos on the ceilings & it?s caked up there pretty good. Asked tospeak with a manager & it was evident that we were bothering him. He rushed off before we could even finish speaking withhim. I had an job interview at 2:30 (I was not dressed well due to life) but 2:32 I came in I was very nervous did not know where to... go had no help and the I think manager came off rude and cold and I could not understand her. I waited for 10 mins and no onecame to help me... A Customer asked me where where there sweaters located at and if they establishment was a mask type option(mind you I'm a guest) and I helped and upselled her a blue sweater y'all had in there smh (could have been an excellentemployee) ...Very upset with this experience because I really needed a job but after seeing the managers impression I can tellhow the staff are treated.To sum it all up the approach on their part was absolutely horrible. We were a party of 3. It was my husband and son's first time. It was really a pleasant experience. Our server was amazing and so... sweet and helpful. My husband had the "Momma's pancake breakfast", my son had the "mini confetti pancakes" and I had the"Momma's French toast with country peach and whipped cream". Everything was delicious! We came on a Sunday on our way home from Atlanta Airport and it wad packed. We patiently waited for an hour. Once seated service... was quick and our server was attentive though she was busy with all tables occupied. Food as always deliciously made. Never getsold. Whichever branch we go, we go home full. Good food and good service, but this location is pretty dirty. Floor was in dire need of mopping and sweeping. Upon seating, we... had crumps under our table. The bathroom had a dirty and sour smell.
